Location

The Sirines Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa is a brand-new hotel, completely renovated for Summer 2025, and exclusively bookable for adult guests aged 17 and over. The hotel is located on the northern side of Rethymno town in the Missiria district, just approx. 40 meters from the pebble/sand beach and 1.5 kilometers from the center of the old Venetian town. A mini-market is only 200 meters away, and about 50 meters from the hotel, you'll find a promenade with bars and restaurants. The hotel's location is ideal for daily city visits and exploring the surroundings, sights, and landmarks, as well as excursions to both sides of the island. Heraklion Airport is 80 km away. A bus stop is 50 m away.

The manageable schauinsland-reisen original Adults-only resort, with only 32 luxurious and elegant rooms overlooking the sea or pool, is a modern retreat designed for relaxation.
In addition to a 24-hour reception, the hotel features elevators, free Wi-Fi, and a luggage room. It offers a pool with an island sundeck above the water, and a beautifully green rooftop lounge bar/restaurant with views of the sea and the beautiful city of Rethymno. Furthermore, a spa area is available on the roof for relaxation with a beautiful view. Sun loungers and lounges around the pool, as well as beach towels, are available free of charge. Free sun loungers and umbrellas are also provided on the beach.

Junior Suite Superior

Junior Suite amenities include a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed, a bathroom/WC, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, air conditioning (included), 50" TV with HDMI connection, telephone (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea station (replenished daily), espresso machine, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water daily included), iron and ironing board, blackout curtains, full-length mirror, pillow menu, and a furnished balcony or terrace (JU2/2JG/LN2).
Available as an option with pool view (J2P), for single occupancy (JU1), or as a budget Junior Suite (JSS) with an inward-facing balcony.

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Superior, these rooms additionally offer a side sea view (J2S).

Suite

The suites are more spacious than the Junior Suites with the same amenities and feature a bedroom and a living/sleeping area separated by a sliding door, as well as an additional second 50" smart TV with HDMI connection (S2).
Available as an option with pool view (POS).

Suite with side sea view

In addition to the amenities of the Suite, these rooms also offer a side sea view (2SS).
Available as an option with sea view (S2M).

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Early bird breakfast: 7–8 am (light continental buffet) or breakfast package on request 1 day in advance.
Breakfast: 8 am - 11 am (American buffet with gluten-free corner).
Late riser breakfast from 11 am to 12 pm.
When booking Half Board, in addition:
Dinner: 7 pm - 9 pm (buffet style).
À la carte dishes are available from 12 pm to 10 pm for an additional charge. The Roof Top Lounge Bar is open from 8 am to 2 am and offers a selection of drinks (for a fee).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
