The popular hotel is located on the outskirts of Matala, only approx. 300 m from the fine pebble bay. The location in Matala is ideal for historical excursions and exploring famous archaeological sites such as the Palace of Phaistos. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 55 km.

The hotel comprises 80 rooms spread across a main and an annex building. The main building houses the reception (24h) with a lobby, library, elevator, lounge, bar, and restaurant, as well as Wi-Fi (included). The garden features a freshwater swimming pool, pool bar/snack bar, and children's playground. The annex building contains the family rooms and double rooms. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pools and available for a fee at the beach through local providers.

Note on climate resilience levy
