The Kristalli Hotel looks back on a long history of hospitality; it was important to the founding family to create a hotel that offers a warm and friendly welcome to guests from all over the world. The hotel was originally a small, family-run establishment with only a few rooms; today, it has 45 rooms and has become one of the most popular hotels in Malia. The hotel features a swimming pool, a sun terrace, and a bar, where guests can enjoy the sun along with a delicious drink. For hotel guests arriving by rental car, the hotel offers free parking. Destination information regarding climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1st, 2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and per room.
For stays in the high season from April 1st to October 31st:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays in the low season from November 1st to March 31st:
