Location

The Aeolos Beach Resort is perfect for holidaymakers seeking more than just hotel accommodation. Here, the goal is to offer hotel guests a complete experience during their vacation and create new memories. The hotel offers its guests a great location; arrival from the airport (HER) is ideal at approx. 35 km, and it's only a few minutes to the beach. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 400m away, and Malia's old town can be reached in approx. 1.4 km. To see the most beautiful cities and beaches in Crete, guests can visit a car rental station (approx. 1.3 km away) or explore the island by bus (bus stop approx. 1 km away). The airport (HER) is approx. 30 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The wonderful hotel with a great beachfront location has a total of 63 rooms, divided between a main building and two annex buildings. The reception is available 24/7 for guests, ensuring all questions and wishes are addressed. For hotel guests arriving by rental car, a parking space is available free of charge. The hotel's restaurant caters to guests' dining needs, and the hotel bar offers refreshing drinks on warm days. There is also a lobby, an elevator, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's outdoor area includes two freshwater pools with a children's pool (open from May to October). Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge here. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed directly at the pool bar (open from 9:30 AM to 1 AM).

Double room with side sea view

The double rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, refrigerator, safe (for a fee), satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with a side sea view (approx. 18m², DMS).

Superior double room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature higher-quality or more modern furnishings and are slightly more spacious (approx. 20m², DSU/DSR). Can also be booked with a side sea view (D2S).

Deluxe double room

These newer Deluxe rooms, with the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, feature higher-quality and modern furnishings with air conditioning (included) and bathrobes (approx. 20m², DD2).

Half Board includes breakfast and dinner. Breakfast (from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM) is served buffet-style.

Destination information

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is imposing a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
