The family-run South Coast hotel is located directly on the natural pebble beach of Koutsouras, offering the best conditions for a relaxing holiday in a quiet atmosphere. Beach shoes are recommended for comfortable entry into the sea. The idyllic village of Koutsouras with its charming tavernas and various shops invites you to linger. The town of Ierapetra is about 24 km away. A bus stop is located approximately 50 m from the hotel. Heraklion Airport can be reached after about 110 km.

The small complex is managed with great care and love by the family and is a Schauinsland-Reisen original. Your hosts and the entire team ensure a thoroughly pleasant holiday. The total of 82 rooms are spread across 5 buildings. Indoors, the cozily furnished hotel offers guests a 24-hour reception, a souvenir shop, a TV and lounge area with satellite TV, and a restaurant. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. Outdoors, there are two beautifully landscaped swimming pools with inviting sun terraces, framed by a garden rich in vegetation with palm trees, as well as a pool/snackbar with a seating terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool; at the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee. Bath towels can be rented for a fee. Additionally, there is another annex building with its own swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a pool bar.
Next to the hotel, the family operates its own Aloe Vera plantation and is happy to inform you about the cultivation, processing, and quality of the cosmetic series derived from it. The hotel's own products can be purchased at the hotel.

Renovated Double Room Deluxe

The Double Rooms Deluxe, renovated for Summer 2025, feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, TV, kettle, mini-fridge, dining area, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also available for single occupancy (DD1).

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms, renovated for Summer 2025, feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, TV, kettle, mini-fridge, dining area, and a balcony or terrace. An espresso machine with 2 capsules is also provided upon arrival (DSU/DSI).
Also available for single occupancy (DSE).

Chillout Double Room

The rooms, newly built for Summer 2026, have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, plus a ceiling fan, bathrobes, slippers, full-length mirror and cosmetic mirror, and a furnished balcony or terrace with 2 comfortable loungers, 2 gazebos, or 2 lounge chairs (C2D/ACD).
Also available for single occupancy (C1H).

Maisonette

The modernly designed maisonettes are located in the annex building. In addition to the amenities of the Superior Double Rooms, they also feature a sleeping area on the upper floor (accessible via stairs). Further amenities include daily cleaning and towel changes. Bed linen is changed twice a week (M2/TM2).

Deluxe Suite

The Deluxe Suites, also renovated for Summer 2025, have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, plus a separate bedroom and are more spacious (S2/SI).
Also available for single occupancy (S1).

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10 AM and dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM, served buffet style.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
