All Inclusive Plus

The All-Inclusive program is available from 7:30 AM to 2:00 AM. An early continental breakfast is offered at the main Symposium restaurant from 5:00 AM to 7:30 AM, followed by an American breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A late continental breakfast is also available from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM in the main restaurant.
A selection of non-alcoholic beverages such as water, coffee, and tea, as well as alcoholic beverages like beer, wine, national and international spirits, and cocktails are included from 10:00 AM to 12:30 AM at the designated bars. Souvlaki and waffles are served at the "Souvlucky" stand from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Lunch is served as a buffet in the main Symposium restaurant from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, alternatively as a buffet at the "Kouzina" restaurant from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, or at the "Piatto" restaurant from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM (to-go from 4:30 PM). Dinner is served as a buffet in the main Symposium restaurant from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Alternatively, an à la carte dinner is included three times a week; reservations are required. Choices include the "Chef’s Grill" restaurant, the "Kouzina" à la carte restaurant, the "Nami" Asian à la carte restaurant, or the "Piatto" à la carte restaurant, each from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
A late dinner buffet is available in the main Symposium restaurant from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Unlimited water, non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer and wine are included during lunch and dinner in all restaurants.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. Long trousers are mandatory for men.
Vegetarian dishes are available in the main restaurant, and special dietary needs can be accommodated upon request.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from January 1, 2025.
