The resort is very spacious and stretches over a private plot of approx. 65,000 m² directly by a pebble beach. The beach section has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for its high water quality. Chania is approx. 23 km away, Chania airport is approx. 40 km away, and the village of Kolymbari with its numerous shopping and entertainment options is approx. 2 km away. Heraklion airport, on the other hand, can be reached in approx. 164 km.

The 150 stylishly furnished rooms offer tasteful decor and first-class comfort. Furthermore, this fully air-conditioned, top-class luxury hotel features a 24-hour reception with a lobby, main bar with a view of Chania Bay, seating area, boutique, hairdresser, and an indoor pool. The hotel features a main restaurant as well as three à la carte restaurants: the "Azzurro" with Italian cuisine, the "Ayra" with Mediterranean specialties, and the Greek tavern "Sea Line".
From 2027, the gastronomic concept will be adjusted: "Azzurro" will then offer Mediterranean and international cuisine, "Ayra" will specialize in Cretan cuisine, and "Sea Line" will remain as a Greek tavern.
Wi-Fi access is available free of charge in public areas and in the rooms.
The extensive outdoor area features a spacious lagoon-style swimming pool and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included for hotel guests at the pool and on the beach.

The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. Guests are requested to act cautiously and exercise particular attention when using this area.

Superior Double Room Sea View

The Superior Double Rooms with sea view are equipped with a separate bathroom and shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, flatscreen satellite TV with music channels, minibar (for a fee), and a large balcony with sun loungers, a parasol, and a panoramic sea view. These rooms are located on the upper floors (DMU).

Superior Double Room Sharing Pool

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms with sea view, these feature a terrace with sun loungers and direct access to the sharing pool, with garden view instead of sea view (P2H/2SH).

Deluxe Family Room Garden View

The spacious family rooms consist of a combined living/sleeping room with a separate bedroom and are equipped with a separate bathroom and shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, flatscreen satellite TV with music channels, minibar (for a fee), as well as a balcony or terrace, and are more spacious (2DF).

Family Room Sharing Pool

The Family Rooms with sharing pool feature the same facilities as the Deluxe Family Rooms with direct access to the communal pool via a terrace with private sun loungers (F2H).

Junior Suite Swim Up Sea View

The Junior Suites Swim Up consist of a combined living/bedroom with a seating area and are equipped with a separate bathroom and shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, flatscreen satellite TV with music channels, minibar (for a fee), and a private terrace with sun loungers, parasols, and direct access to the main pool with a sea view (SDP).

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 a.m.), lunch (1:00-3:00 p.m.), and dinner (7:00-9:30 p.m.), each in buffet style in the main restaurant.
Water, soft drinks, local beer, and house wine are included with meals.
Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10:00 a.m. to midnight at the currently open bar.
Snacks from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., ice cream and cake from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Lunch possible 2x per week in the beach tavern "Sea Line" (instead of the buffet restaurant, reservation required, beverages included). Dinner possible 1x per week in the Italian à la carte restaurant "Azzurro" (reservation required, beverages not included, minimum beverage spend is €18 per person). Free mineral water included in the room (replenished daily).

Ultra All Inclusive (3)

Guests with Ultra All Inclusive also enjoy an extended program until 1:00 a.m. and can have dinner in the "Azzurro" à la carte restaurant as well as lunch in the Greek tavern "Sea Line" every day free of charge (reservation required by 9:00 p.m. the previous day).
Participation in the BBQ and seafood nights is also included (reservation required by 9:00 p.m. the previous day). From 2027, an Italian night will also be offered.
Furthermore, guests receive a free 45-minute spa treatment once per week (incl. indoor pool, sauna, and steam bath). A fruit basket and a bottle of wine are provided upon arrival, and daily minibar replenishment is also included.

Sports included

Spacious indoor fitness center, equipped with more than 30 branded machines (cardio equipment) and full fitness accessories. Outdoor fitness center with an area of approx. 300 m², 2 different surfaces (hard and elastic), and equipped with more than 20 branded machines. 60 m long tartan running track. Floodlit multi-purpose court for mini-football and volleyball (at night for a fee). Outdoor fitness classes are offered on the beach. Two boules/bowls courts. Open-air obstacle course, beach volleyball, well-signposted and mapped routes for hiking, Nordic walking, and jogging between one and seven kilometers through various picturesque places around the hotel, Zumba, yoga, and Pilates classes.
