The Ventale Island Breeze Resort is located between Rethymnon and Chania, just outside the village of Kavros. The hotel is situated directly on the beach, overlooking the Cretan Sea. In the village of Kavros, just five minutes from the Ventale Resort, you will find gas stations, supermarkets, restaurants and tavernas, fast-food outlets, souvenir shops, and much more! Lake Kournas, a freshwater lake suitable for swimming, is only 5 km away. It is 4 km to the fishing village of Georgioupolis, 100 km to Heraklion International Airport, and 50 km to Chania International Airport. The distance to the beautiful old town of Chania is approx. 45 km, and the equally worth-seeing old town of Rethymno is approx. 20 km away. A bus stop can be reached after approx. 250 m.

The Ventale Island Breeze Resort, Crete's most enchanting sanctuary, opened its doors in the summer of 2024. With only 85 rooms, it offers an oasis of tranquility, welcoming guests with a harmonious blend of luxury and nature. In addition to a lobby with a 24-hour reception, the 3-story main building features 2 elevators, a TV corner, a mini-market, and free Wi-Fi. The main restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant, and the beach bar take care of your culinary needs. Additionally, the main bar with a large terrace directly by the pool and the lobby bar provide refreshments. The heart of the complex is the outdoor pool, which features three whirlpool seating areas. This inviting pool area serves as an oasis for relaxation and leisure, with free sun loungers and sun umbrellas available. To access the pool areas, guests may be required to show their room key to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. For those seeking a touch of luxury, gazebos are available on the beach. These pavilions offer personalized services (for an additional charge, including water, sparkling wine, and fruit), which ensure that the day in the sun is even more enjoyable. Furthermore, free sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available to all guests, ensuring that relaxation on the beach is unparalleled.

These rooms feature a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed or two single beds, a bathroom with a shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (P2G, bookable from 2027). Amenities include a hairdryer, high-quality signature bathroom products, bathrobes, slippers, a beach bag with towels, an electronic scale, individually adjustable air conditioning, a Smart TV (with satellite & music channels, incl. Netflix subscription), a telephone, a safe (included), a USB port, a minibar (for a fee), an espresso machine, a tea and coffee maker, ironing equipment, a turndown service, and a pillow menu. A bottle of water and a welcome gift are provided upon arrival.

Premium Double Room Sea View

These rooms feature a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed or two single beds, a bathroom with a shower/WC, and a balcony with a sea view (P2M). Horizon Maisonette Pool View

The maisonette, with a view of the impressive pool, consists of two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor/level, where the master bedroom with 2 single beds or a king-size bed and a 55" LED satellite TV is located. There is also a large balcony (MP). The facilities are identical to the Premium Double Rooms but offer a pool view instead of a sea view.

Prestige Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise the same facilities as the Premium Double Room, the Junior Suite has an open-plan layout and consists of a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a living area with one or two sofas, and a terrace or balcony (J2M).

Prestige Junior Suite Swim Up

With otherwise the same facilities as the Prestige Junior Suite Sea View, the swim-up junior suites feature a private pool on the balcony and offer a land view (SUJ). Optionally bookable with a sea view for an extra charge (W2/JMI).

The Infinity Suites combine luxury and absolute comfort. With the same amenities as the Prestige Junior Suites Swim Up, the suite has an open-plan design consisting of a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with 1 or 2 large sofa beds, and a balcony that leads directly to the private infinity pool. Furthermore, the Infinity Suites offer a dining area and a spectacular view of the Bay of Georgioupolis (W2Q).
The infinity pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Half Board

The "Anthea" main restaurant offers a light breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. as well as an extensive buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a selection of over 250 products. Beverages such as water (still or sparkling), juices (fresh orange juice), filter and instant coffee, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, smoothies, and milkshakes are served at the table.
From 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Anthea offers a daily changing culinary delight with a rich buffet and live cooking stations. Theme nights with a culinary journey around the world take place frequently.
For dinner, a selection of Cretan, Greek, and international bottled wines, draft beer, and non-alcoholic beverages is available for an extra charge.
Dinner can be taken once per week in the à-la-carte restaurant; a reservation is required.
Vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free dishes are prepared upon request.

For an extra charge

From 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., you can enjoy a selection of snacks, ice cream, salads, light dishes, and other delicacies in the restaurants, by the pool, or at the beach bar restaurant.
"HORIZON" BEACH BAR RESTAURANT: open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Enjoy a large selection of selected branded alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, selected cocktails, spirits, beer, soft drinks, juices, filter coffee, tea, instant coffee, espresso, cappuccino, Greek coffee.
Light snacks from the menu during the day.
"AZURE" MAIN AREA – POOL BAR, open from 10:00 a.m. to midnight: Enjoy a large selection of selected branded alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, selected cocktails, spirits, beers, soft drinks, juices, filter coffee, tea, instant coffee, espresso, cappuccino, Greek coffee.
Light snacks such as club sandwiches, burgers, and pizza, salads, ice cream from the menu during the day.
The "ANASSA" A-LA-CARTE RESTAURANT opens daily from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and promises a journey through the tastes and scents of Crete/the Mediterranean.

There is no better way to dine with friends or loved ones than to enjoy delicious dishes from local cuisine.
