Location

The unique location directly on the beach, not far from the village of Kalyves, makes the Kiani Beach a holiday highlight. The fantastic, gently sloping beach is right on your doorstep and invites you to a wonderful holiday. Chania Airport is approximately 27 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approximately 130 km away. The picturesque town of Chania is about 17 km away. Some shops, restaurants, and bars are about 3 km away, and a bus stop is about 100 m from the hotel.

The spacious complex with 247 rooms offers an interior with a lobby with a 24-hour reception, library, TV lounge, elevator, mini-market, a main restaurant, a restaurant with pool view, and a rooftop restaurant, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar, and Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms. There is also a heated indoor pool. The pool area includes two pools and a children's pool with a small slide. Guests can also relax in the hotel's own garden. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach and by the pool. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge.

Double Room Superior

The spacious rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge, kettle, and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Also available with a sea view (DMS/DSI) or as a budget room (2US).

Double Room Superior Private Pool

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior and also feature a private pool (U2P).
The private pool is not supervised. Please pay close attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately.

Family Room Superior

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms and feature an additional living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (visually separated, F2U). Available with sea view (FMZ) or as a budget room (SSF).

Junior Suite

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms and feature an additional living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (visually separated) (JS2). Also available with sea view (J2M).

Maisonette

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, with a bedroom and bathroom on the lower level and sleeping facilities for up to 4 people on the upper level. The rooms are connected by an open gallery and offer a side sea view (M4, M5, M6).

Maisonette Superior

The Maisonette Superior rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the maisonettes, have a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on the lower floor, as well as another bathroom and a bedroom on the upper floor (2MI/MB).

The restaurant "Symposium" with its beautiful outdoor terrace offers a breakfast buffet (8-10:30 am) as well as lunch (1-3 pm) and dinner (7-9:30 pm), also in buffet form. Alternatively, meals can also be taken in buffet form at the pool restaurant. During the day (11 am-6 pm), sweet and savory snacks and ice cream are available. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the all-inclusive menu are included from 11 am to 11 pm at the respective open bars. This includes self-service coffee/tea, soft drinks, water, local wine, local beer, and local spirits.
Vegetarian dishes are available. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers for dinner.

All Inclusive Plus

Make your holiday extra special with our All-Inclusive Plus package. You will receive additional premium brand alcoholic beverages, sparkling wine, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, local carbonated drinks, bottled house wine 375 ml (2 bottles per person per day), premium beer, fresh orange juice for breakfast and all day long at the pool and beach bar, branded coffee/tea self-service (espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc.), barista coffee (Freddo Cappuccino, Greek coffee, etc.), and a range of branded spirits such as whiskey, rum, gin, and more. You will also receive discounts at the rooftop restaurant, mini-market, dive center, for massages, and for other items. Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room.
