The hotel is located in the southeast of the island, approx. 1 km from the center of Ierapetra and approx. 90 km from the airport. The sand/pebble beach is separated from the hotel only by a coastal road.

Note for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government is imposing a climate resilience levy to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from January 1, 2025.
