Location

The hotel is located in Agia Fotia on a steep, rocky hillside overlooking the surrounding mountain landscape and the South Cretan Sea, approximately 650m from the sand/shingle beach. The nearest major town, Ierapetra, is approx. 15 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 107 km away. A bus stop is located approx. 500m away.

The adults-only hotel (bookable from age 16) was renovated in summer 2024 and features 91 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalows. In the entrance area, there is a 24-hour reception with a lounge area and lobby bar. Furthermore, the hotel offers a main restaurant and a Mediterranean à-la-carte restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

Double room

These spacious rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, double vanity, toiletries, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart TV, safe, coffee/tea station, minibar, and a private veranda (D).
Also bookable with side sea view (DMS/DIS) for an additional charge.

Double room Superior Whirlpool

With the same features as the double rooms, these rooms offer a side sea view and an outdoor whirlpool (AQ2).
The whirlpool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for careful conduct and special attention when using this area.

Triple room Superior Whirlpool

The Superior rooms are located on the second floor and, in addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, feature bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom, an espresso machine, and a larger terrace with a whirlpool and side sea view (Q2A).
The whirlpool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for careful conduct and special attention when using this area.

Double room Superior private pool

Located on the ground floor, these feature the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, plus a private pool on the terrace with a side sea view (HK2).
Optionally bookable as a triple room with side sea view for an additional charge (S2L).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for careful conduct and special attention when using this area.

Breakfast (7:30-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (7-9:30 PM) are served in buffet style with show cooking.
Themed evenings take place occasionally.
Dinner can be taken once per stay in the Mediterranean à-la-carte restaurant. Further visits to the restaurant are possible for an additional charge.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and selected cocktails are included in the lobby bar from 10 AM-11 PM.
Snacks and drinks are included at the pool bar from 10 AM-6 PM.

Climate resilience fee note

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, is staggered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
