Location

The hotel is located in Agia Fotia on a steep and rocky slope overlooking the surrounding mountain landscape and the southern Cretan Sea, approximately 650m from the sand/pebble beach. The nearest larger town of Ierapetra is about 15 km away, and Heraklion Airport is about 107 km away. A bus stop is located approximately 500m away.

The adults-only hotel (bookable for ages 16 and over) was renovated for the Summer 2024 season and features 91 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalows. The entrance area houses the 24-hour reception with a lounge area and lobby bar. The hotel also offers a main restaurant and a Mediterranean à la carte restaurant. Outside, there is a pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

The spacious rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, double vanity, toiletries, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, smart TV, safe, coffee/tea station, minibar, and private veranda (D).

Superior Double Room with Whirlpool

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a side sea view and an outdoor whirlpool (AQ2).

Superior Triple Room with Whirlpool

The Superior rooms are located on the second floor and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, include bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom, as well as an espresso machine and a larger terrace with a whirlpool and side sea view (Q2A).

Superior Double Room with Private Pool

Located on the ground floor, these rooms offer the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, plus a private pool on the terrace with a side sea view (HK2).
Available at an extra charge, also bookable as a triple room with a side sea view (S2L).

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style with show cooking.
Occasional theme nights are held.
Dinner can be enjoyed once per stay at the Mediterranean à la carte restaurant. Subsequent visits to the restaurant are possible for a fee.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and selected cocktails are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the lobby bar.
Snacks and drinks are included at the pool bar from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1.1.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 1.1.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
