Location

The Ethereal White Resort offers an ideal location and proximity to numerous sights and attractions in Heraklion. Shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as restaurants and bars, are located not far from the hotel (approx. 150m). Heraklion Airport (HER) is approximately 4 km away.

Facilities

The luxurious Adults-Only Resort opened in August 2023 and offers its guests a total of 50 modern and stylishly furnished rooms with the latest technical equipment. The wellness center with wellness facilities, massages and cosmetic treatments, and a spa pool, as well as a gym, invite you to relax to the fullest. A restaurant, a lobby bar, and the rooftop bar with city views ensure culinary delights. Two meeting rooms are available for business travelers.

Double Room

The comfortable and high-quality furnished double rooms of approx. 20 m² feature Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar (for a fee), safe, telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, pillow menu, bathrobes, and slippers. The bathroom offers a rain shower/toilet and a hairdryer. As a welcome gift upon arrival, you will find a selection of Nespresso capsules, teas, and a bottle of water in your room. These rooms DO NOT have a balcony (D).

Deluxe Double Room

The comfortable and high-quality furnished Deluxe rooms of approx. 24-26 m² feature Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar (for a fee), safe, telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, pillow menu, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony (DD2). The bathroom offers a rain shower/toilet and a hairdryer. As a welcome gift upon arrival, you will find a selection of Nespresso capsules, teas, and a bottle of water in your room.
Also bookable for an extra charge as a swim-up with terrace (DDA).

Junior Suite

Similar to the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Junior Suites (approx. 26-28 m²) offer a little more space and a balcony facing the city (JS2).
Also bookable for an extra charge as more spacious Junior Suites with a plunge pool (approx. 35 m², J2A).

Luxury Suite

The Junior Suites offer the same amenities as the Junior Suites, but are slightly more spacious at approx. 28-30 m², located on the upper floors, and also feature a balcony facing the city (S2D).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room, staggered from January 1, 2025.
