The luxurious 5-star hotel complex, consisting of a main building, several outbuildings, villas and bungalow buildings, has 212 accommodations and a reception area with a 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The buffet restaurant, as well as the other 5 themed restaurants, offer a wide selection of fresh and high-quality dishes (for a fee). At the 2 bars, guests also receive a wide selection of premium drinks and snacks (each for a fee). The outdoor area features the seawater swimming pool with a large sun terrace. Bath towels, sun loungers and umbrellas are available and included by the pool and on the beach.

The elegant guest rooms are located in the Candia or Lagoon wing, have a bathroom with a separate shower cabin and bathtub, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobes, slippers, luxurious toiletries, full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, electronic safe, LCD flat-screen TV, espresso machine (2 capsules per person/day included), minibar with international brand drinks (on request for a fee), welcome amenity in the room, fresh fruit and still mineral water upon arrival, guest services and "Privilege Club" service, and a balcony (DSU). Optionally, can also be booked with sea view for an additional charge (DMU). Also available for single occupancy (DSE, on request)

Superior Double Room with Private Pool & Garden

These elegant rooms, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, feature a furnished terrace as well as a private garden and private pool (2QP).

Luxury Room

The luxurious guest rooms are slightly more spacious and, in addition to the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, also feature a seating area with a comfortable sofa, a king-size bed, and a garden view (LL2). Optionally, can also be booked with direct sea view for an additional charge (2LV), with partial side sea view, or partly with lagoon view (2L4/DIM).

Superior Family Room

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature a separate living/sleeping area with a sliding door, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (F2Y). Optionally, can also be booked with a side sea view for an additional charge (GFO).

Swim-up Family Suite Garden

These high-quality suites, with the same amenities as the Superior Family Rooms, feature a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower cabin, and double sinks, a furnished terrace with a dining area, and direct access to a private outdoor pool with a garden, and are located on the ground floor of the Candia wing (2QG).

VIP Suite 2 Bedrooms Private Pool & Gym

These magnificent suites are ideal for families with children and active parents seeking maximum privacy. They consist of a bedroom with a raised king-size bed and a stylish living area. A wooden wall behind the bed connects the master bedroom to the luxurious bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, shower cabin, and a fitness area with exercise equipment. The second bedroom is accessible from the entrance area. The large terrace offers direct access to a private, temperature-controlled outdoor pool with a counter-current system (pool heating up to 25 degrees possible, for a fee). Further amenities include a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobes, slippers, beach towels, luxurious toiletries, a full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, an electronic safe, a flat-screen LCD TV, a minibar with international brand drinks (on request for a fee), and a selection of luxurious toiletries (22Q). Guests also receive the "Famous Class Service" (more information under Hotel Service).

Family Suite Sea View

The elegant accommodations consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds separated by a sliding door, and a bathroom with a separate shower cabin and bathtub, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobes (on request), slippers, luxurious toiletries, a full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, an electronic safe, a 50" LCD flat-screen TV, a minibar with international brand drinks (on request for a fee), a welcome amenity in the room, fresh fruit and still mineral water upon arrival, guest services and "Privilege Club" service, and a balcony (2FM).
Optionally, can also be booked as a family suite with garden view instead of sea view on request (FSG).

Premium Bungalow

The Premium Bungalows have a garden view and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are slightly more spacious with a dressing area and additionally feature a garden area. The spacious bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower cabin, and a bathtub (12G).

Dream Villa Private Pool Sea View

The 2-story Dream Villa has the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and consists on the ground floor of a bedroom, a living/sleeping area, and a bathroom with shower/WC. Upstairs there is another bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, shower/WC, and a small balcony. The outdoor area features the furnished terrace and the private infinity pool with sea view (DVP). Optionally available with two bedrooms (DVQ).

Creta Beach Villa Private Pool

The Creta Beach Villa has the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and consists of two bedrooms, an open bathtub with views over the pool and the sea, a separate bathroom with shower/WC, and another bathroom with shower/WC. The outdoor area features the furnished terrace and the private infinity pool with sea view. The beach villa is located in the first row to the beach and has direct access to the beach (CVV).

Duplex Suite 2 Bedrooms

The Duplex Suite is equipped like the Superior Double Room with garden view. The layout is in a maisonette style with 2 master bedrooms, a separate living area, and 2 bathrooms (DL2).

Breakfast

American breakfast buffet (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) as well as balanced healthy products.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available in all restaurants.

Half Board

Within the hotel's Dine Club concept, guests have the option to choose between lunch and dinner. Dinner is served as a buffet in the main restaurant. Alternatively, lunch can be taken in one of the hotel's à la carte restaurants for an additional charge ( €20 voucher per adult and €10 per child). For dinner, guests can choose the buffet restaurant (no charge) or a selection of à la carte restaurants (reservations required). Additionally, dinner is included twice a week in selected à la carte restaurants (reservations required) or once a week in an à la carte restaurant of your choice (reservations required), as well as once a week dinner at the Agreco Farms restaurant (reservations required).
Drinks during lunch or dinner are subject to a charge.
Children (up to 12 years old) also receive a free All-Inclusive meal plan with this meal option (in the buffet restaurant and in "Grecoland"). In the à la carte restaurants, children can choose from the children's menu.
Vegan and organic wines are available in all restaurants.

Comfort All-In Package

Same services as Half Board, including lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM as a buffet with a children's buffet corner. Additionally, other snacks are available from 4 PM to 6 PM at the beach bar. A selection of drinks during meals and selected non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages from 11 AM to 1 AM at the open bars are also included.

Notice for Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from 01.01.2025.
