The upscale hotel is located directly in a prime location on the golden sandy beach of Gouves. The resort of Alalipsi is approx. 3 km away. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the vicinity. Heraklion Airport can be reached in approx. 18 km. The nearest bus stop is approx. 800 m away.

The luxurious 5-star hotel complex, consisting of a main building, several annexes, villas, and bungalow buildings, offers 212 accommodations and a reception area with a 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The buffet restaurant, as well as the other 5 themed restaurants, offer a wide selection of fresh and high-quality dishes (for a fee). At the 2 bars, guests can also enjoy a wide selection of premium drinks and snacks (each for a fee). The outdoor area features a seawater swimming pool with a large sun terrace. Bath towels, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas are available and included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Superior

The elegant guest rooms are located in the Candia or Lagoon wing and feature a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and bathtub, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobes, slippers, luxurious toiletries, full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, electronic safe, LCD flat-screen TV, espresso machine (2 capsules per person/day included), minibar with international branded drinks (on request for a fee), welcome amenity in the room, fresh fruit and still mineral water upon arrival, guest service, and "Privilege Club" service, and a balcony (DSU). Double rooms with sea view can also be booked for an additional charge (DMU). Also available for single occupancy (DSE, on request).

Double Room Superior with private pool & garden

These elegant rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a furnished terrace, a private garden, and a private pool (2QP).
The private pool is not supervised. Guests are advised to exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Luxury Room

The luxurious guest rooms are slightly more spacious and, in addition to the amenities of the Double Rooms Superior, feature a seating area with a comfortable sofa, a king-size bed, and garden views (LL2). Rooms with direct sea view (2LV), partial sea view, or lagoon view (2L4/DIM) are also available for an additional charge.

Family Room Superior

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a separate living/sleeping area with a sliding door, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (F2Y). Rooms with a partial sea view are also available for an additional charge (GFO).

Swim-up Family Suite Garden

These high-quality suites, with the same amenities as the Family Rooms Superior, feature a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower cubicle, and a double vanity, a furnished terrace with a dining area, and direct access to a private outdoor pool with a garden. They are located on the ground floor of the Candia wing (2QG).
The swim-up pool is not supervised. Guests are advised to exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

VIP Suite 2 Bedrooms private pool & Gym

These magnificent suites are ideal for families with children and sporty parents seeking maximum privacy. They consist of a bedroom with an elevated king-size bed and a stylish living area. A wooden partition behind the bed connects the master bedroom to the luxurious bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet, shower cubicle, and a fitness area with exercise equipment. The second bedroom is accessible from the entrance area. The large terrace offers direct access to a private, temperature-controlled outdoor pool with a counter-current system (pool heating up to 25 degrees is possible, for a fee). Further amenities include a hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobes, slippers, beach towels, luxurious toiletries, full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, electronic safe, a flat-screen LCD TV, minibar with international branded drinks (on request for a fee), and a selection of luxurious toiletries (22Q). Guests also receive "Famous Class Service" (more information under Hotel Service).
The VIP Suite 2 Bedrooms private pool is not supervised. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and exercise caution.

Family Suite Sea View

The elegant accommodations consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds separated by a sliding door, and a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and bathtub, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobes (on request), slippers, luxurious toiletries, full-length mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, electronic safe, 50" LCD flat-screen TV, minibar with international branded drinks (on request for a fee), welcome amenity in the room, fresh fruit and still mineral water upon arrival, guest service, and "Privilege Club" service, and a balcony (2FM).
Family suites with garden view instead of sea view can also be booked on request (FSG).

Premium Bungalow

The Premium Bungalows have garden views and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, are slightly more spacious with a dressing area and also feature a garden area. The spacious bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower cubicle, and a bathtub (12G).

Dream Villa private pool sea view

The 2-storey Dream Villa has the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior and consists on the ground floor of a bedroom, a living/sleeping area, and a bathroom with shower/toilet. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, shower/toilet, and a small balcony. The outdoor area includes a furnished terrace and a private infinity pool with sea view (DVP). A version with two bedrooms is also available (DVQ).
The private pool is not supervised. Guests are advised to exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Creta Beach Villa private pool

The Creta Beach Villa has the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior and consists of two bedrooms, an open bathtub overlooking the pool and the sea, a separate bathroom with shower/toilet, and another bathroom with shower/toilet. The outdoor area includes a furnished terrace and a private infinity pool with sea view. The Beach Villa is located directly on the beach and offers direct access to the beach (CVV).
The Creta Beach Villa private pool is not supervised. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and exercise caution.

Duplex Suite 2 Bedrooms

The Duplex Suite is equipped like the Double Room Superior with garden view. It is arranged in a maisonette style with 2 master bedrooms, a separate living area, and 2 bathrooms (DL2).

Meals

Half Board

American breakfast buffet (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and balanced healthy products.
Dinner is a lavish buffet with show cooking in the main restaurant (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM).
A free children's buffet is available in the main restaurant from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
As part of the hotel's Dine Club concept, there is an option to choose between lunch and dinner. Dinner is served buffet-style in the main restaurant, or alternatively, lunch can be taken in one of the hotel's à la carte restaurants for an additional charge (€20 voucher per adult and €10 per child). For dinner, guests can choose the buffet restaurant (no charge) or a selection of à la carte restaurants (reservations required). Additionally, dinner is included twice a week in selected à la carte restaurants (reservations required), or once a week in an à la carte restaurant of your choice (reservations required), as well as once a week dinner at the Agreco Farms restaurant (reservations required).
Drinks during lunch or dinner are subject to a charge.
Children (up to 12 years old) also receive complimentary All-Inclusive board (in the buffet restaurant and in "Grecoland") within this meal plan. In the à la carte restaurants, children can choose from the children's menu.
Vegan and organic wines are available in all restaurants.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available in all restaurants.

Comfort All-In Package

In addition to the same services as Half Board, there are further snacks available from 4 PM to 6 PM at the beach bar. Furthermore, a selection of drinks during meals and selected non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are included from 11 AM to 1 AM at the respective open bars.

Sports included

Fitness room, yoga, water aerobics, mini-football, beach volleyball, Pilates, table tennis, and boccia.

Sports for a fee

2 floodlit tennis courts, padel and padel lessons, as well as water sports on the beach (windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, and fishing trips, each through local providers), mountain bike and e-bike rental.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01.01.2025.
