Location

The friendly Astir Beach Hotel is separated from a narrow sandy beach in Gouves only by the little-used beach promenade. Heraklion Airport is approx. 15 km away. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, there are several tavernas, bars and cafés. The center of the lively holiday resort is approx. 800 m away.

The family-friendly Astir Beach hotel with its 180 rooms has a main building with a cozy reception hall with a 24-hour reception, lobby, TV corner, Wi-Fi in public areas (included), a mini-market (10 am-9 pm), restaurant and a pool/snack bar (for a fee). In the garden area, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one of which has an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the sun terrace with an outdoor shower, and are available at the beach for a fee. Bath towels are available for a deposit. Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel.

The comfortable rooms are equipped with twin beds and a single bed, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning (included), Wi-Fi (included), telephone, rental safe, satellite TV with music channels, a small refrigerator, coffee/tea station and a balcony or terrace (D).
Alternatively, with a side sea view (DMS) can also be booked for an additional charge.

These rooms are slightly smaller (approx. 20 m²) than the double rooms, with otherwise identical facilities, and have a single bed (E).

Note on Climate Resilience Fee
