The Cretan Beach Resort, bookable as a schauinsland-reisen original, is an adults-only hotel (from 16 years) with a total of 70 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalow buildings. Amenities include a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included), a restaurant, and a main bar. The outdoor area features a well-maintained and beautifully landscaped garden with numerous palm and olive trees, a freshwater swimming pool with a whirlpool, a pool bar, and an inviting sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge by the pool and in the private beach area. Beach towels can be obtained from reception for a deposit.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season April 1 - October 31:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season November 1 - March 31:
