The hotel is separated from the long sandy beach, which features comfortable sun loungers and canopy beds, by a coastal road, inviting guests to take long and extensive beach walks.
The hotel provides ideal conditions for a wonderful beach holiday for couples. The immediate access to the village of Georgioupolis is perfect for a romantic stroll through the village streets with shops, bars, and tavernas, or for relaxing in the village square and at the authentic fishing harbor.
The hotel's location is thus an ideal base for a relaxing holiday or serves as a starting point for a wide variety of excursions in the surrounding area. The noteworthy city of Chania is approx. 36 km away, and the popular resort of Rethymnon is approx. 19 km away. A great change of pace on hot days is an excursion to Lake Kournas, only 3 km away. The Epos Luxury Hotel welcomes guests with a spacious 24-hour reception. The 49 comfortable rooms are spread across several two-story buildings and are grouped around the heart of the hotel, the large main swimming pool. Sun loungers with comfortable pads invite you to relax, and pool towels are available free of charge. Refreshments and snacks are offered in both the pool and beach areas from 10 am to 6 pm. In the afternoon and evening, the Rooftop Bar (5 pm - 1 am) is an ideal retreat to enjoy a cocktail and the stunning view of the Georgioupolis coastline and the Lefka Ori mountains. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort free of charge. Free sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are also available on the beach.

The modern rooms feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic mirror, and high-quality toiletries, individual air conditioning, safe, 42'' LED TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, ironing equipment (on request), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and an espresso machine with daily replenishment (two capsules per day), as well as a balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also bookable with partial sea view (DDS/ID2).
Deluxe Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DD1) and for single use with partial sea view (DE1).

Young Traveller Deluxe Double Room

These rooms have the same facilities as the Deluxe Double rooms and are only bookable for young adults between 18 and 29 years old (YTD).

Deluxe Double Room Swim Up

The Swim Up rooms feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic mirror, and high-quality toiletries, individual air conditioning, safe, 42'' LED TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, ironing equipment (on request), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and an espresso machine with daily replenishment (two capsules per day), as well as a terrace with direct pool access (DSW).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool

Features a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic mirror, and high-quality toiletries, individual air conditioning, safe, 42'' LED TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, ironing equipment (on request), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and an espresso machine with daily replenishment (2 capsules per day), as well as a terrace with direct access to the private pool and two sun loungers (PT2).

Destination information - Climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
