The family-run Albatros Spa & Resort hotel has 206 comfortably furnished rooms, spread across a main building and two annex buildings, offering guests a cozy lobby with a 24-hour reception with free high-speed Wi-Fi, an elevator, a mini-market, the "Prova Wine Bar" with unique local grape varieties, and two restaurants. The main restaurant "Mediterraneo" and the à la carte restaurant "Daphne" (Cretan gourmet cuisine; for a fee) offer a mix of local and international dishes.
The outdoor area features two freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool and the pool bar "Seaside Cocktail Bar" (11 am-12 am), which is considered an ideal place to enjoy the Greek sun, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

Double Room Cozy

The Double Rooms Cozy (D), renovated in summer 2025, are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and feature a flat-screen satellite TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, mini-fridge, individually controlled air conditioning, a bathroom with bath or shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and slippers, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace.
Available as single use (DE) or with pool view (DP) upon request.

Double Room Superior Pool View

The Double Rooms Superior Pool View (DSP/2DI), located in the annex building, have a seating area and bathrobes and are more spacious, otherwise with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Cozy.
Also available as single use (DST, only with full board) upon request.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have a combined living/sleeping area with two single beds, a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, mini-fridge, Nespresso capsule machine, individually controlled air conditioning, a separate bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen satellite TV, a bathroom with shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and bathrobe/slippers, and a furnished balcony or terrace.

Half Board

Rich breakfast buffet (7:30 AM-10:00 AM) and lunch (12:30 PM-2:00 PM) as an à la carte menu or buffet (at the chef's choice) or alternatively dinner (6:30 PM-9:30 PM) in the main restaurant "Mediterraneo" with buffet and show cooking.
Guests with booked half board can choose between lunch and dinner.
Special dietary requirements are available upon request.

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax.
