The family-run Albatros Spa & Resort Hotel has 206 comfortably furnished rooms, spread across a main building and two annexes, offering guests a cozy lobby with a 24-hour reception with free high-speed Wi-Fi, an elevator, a mini-market, the "Prova Wine Bar" with unique local grape varieties, and two restaurants. The main restaurant "Mediterraneo" and the à la carte restaurant "Daphne" (Cretan gourmet cuisine; for a fee) offer a mix of local and international dishes.
In the outdoor area, there are two freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool and the "Seaside Cocktail Bar" (11 am - 12 am), which is considered the ideal place to enjoy the Greek sun, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

Double Room Cozy

The Double Rooms Cozy (D), renovated in summer 2025, are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and feature a flat-screen satellite TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, mini-fridge, individually adjustable air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and slippers, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace.
Also available as a single room (DE) or with a pool view (DP).

Double Room Superior Pool View

The Double Rooms Superior Pool View (DSP/2DI), located in the annex building, have a seating area and bathrobes in addition to the otherwise identical amenities of the Double Rooms Cozy, and are more spacious.
Also available as a single room (DST, only with full board).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have a combined living and sleeping area with two single beds, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, mini-fridge, Nespresso capsule machine, individually adjustable air conditioning, a separate bedroom with a double bed and flat-screen satellite TV, a bathroom with shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and bathrobe/slippers, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace.

Rich breakfast buffet (7:30-10:00) and lunch (12:30-2:00 PM) as an à la carte menu or buffet (at the chef's discretion) or alternatively dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) in the main restaurant "Mediterraneo" in buffet form with show cooking.
Guests with half board booked can choose between lunch and dinner.
Special dietary requirements are available upon request.
