Located in the resort area of Chersonissos, below the coastal road, just approx. 200 m from the protected sandy bay. The town center is about 2.5 km away. The public bus stop is approx. 50 m away and Heraklion Airport is approx. 28 km from the hotel.

The family-friendly holiday complex, which was renovated in 2025, has 200 rooms spread across a main building with a lift and 3 floors, an annex building, reception area with a 24-hour reception, lobby, satellite TV corner, snack bar, a bar on the north side (weather permitting), a small water park with slides and a giant water bucket, a kafeneio, and a restaurant with a terrace and non-smoking area. The well-kept garden features 4 seawater pools and two separate seawater children's pools, a pool/snackbar, and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included). The hotel also has a water park with several slides. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.

The friendly and renovated rooms are equipped with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, heating/air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, refrigerator, kettle, safe, and flat-screen satellite TV with music channel, as well as a balcony or terrace (DSU). Optionally, for an extra charge, also bookable as a double room superior with pool or sea view (DSP) or for single use on the pool side (DEP).

The renovated rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms superior, plus a living/sleeping area with a connecting door (F2U). Optionally, for an extra charge, also bookable with pool or sea view (BFS).

Breakfast (7:15 AM - 10:15 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) in the main restaurant buffet style. During meal times and bar opening hours from 10 AM to 11 PM, soft drinks, local beer, house wine, as well as local raki, brandy, ouzo, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and whiskey are included. Between 10 AM and 6 PM, various snacks such as pizza, pastries, and ice cream are available at the snack bar and the "Votsalo" bar. Coffee and tea are offered in the Kafeneio.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which guests must pay locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays in the high season from April 1st to October 31st:
National Category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
National Category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
National Category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
National Category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays in the low season from November 1st to March 31st:
National Category 1-2 Stars: 0.50 Euros
National Category 3 Stars: 1.50 Euros
National Category 4 Stars: 3 Euros
