Location

The modern hotel, renovated in 2022/2023, is centrally located, approx. 50 m from the sandy beach and the harbour. The centre of Hersonissos is approx. 300 m from the hotel. The island capital Heraklion and its airport are approx. 28 km away.

Facilities

The hotel with a total of 150 rooms offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, 3 lifts, lounge area, satellite TV area, a restaurant serving international and Greek dishes with an Asian corner, and the à la carte restaurant "The Burger House". Wi-Fi is available in the hotel. In the outdoor area, two freshwater swimming pools with sun terraces offer relaxation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included here. Drinks are available at the "Summer Salt" pool bar and "kafeneio" pool bar or at the "Know Bar" on the beach (weather permitting, approximately from mid-May to mid-September). Beach towels are available for a deposit. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee on the beach.

Double room

The double rooms are comfortably furnished. They also have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, 50" satellite LCD TV, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a mini-fridge, kettle (available for a limited time during peak season), and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally available with a side sea view (DMS/DIS) or as a super saver room (SSZ).

Equipped with the same amenities as the double rooms (DE).

Suite

The spacious suites were completely renovated for Summer 2024 and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, as well as an additional 50" Smart Sat.-TV (S2).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9 PM) are served buffet style with show cooking. An Asian corner is available in the main restaurant for dinner. There is also a weekly theme night. Dinner can be enjoyed daily at the "The Burger House" restaurant (reservations required). Draft beer, wine by the glass, soft drinks, still water, tea, and coffee are included with meals.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as draft beer, wine by the glass, soft drinks, still water, tea and coffee, brandy, raki, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and ouzo are available from 10 AM to midnight. There is also a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Coffee, tea, cake, or pastries are served from 4 PM to 5 PM.
Smart casual, yet chic attire is requested in all indoor areas of the hotel after 6:30 PM. Sport shorts and flip-flops are not permitted in the restaurants.

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from 01.01.2025.
For stays during the high season (1 April - 31 October):
