Feature a bathroom with toilet and separate walk-in shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually regulated air conditioning, a safe for rent, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV with music channels, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station, minibar (daily refilled with soft drinks, still water, and beer), and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Also available as a Superior Economy Room (2US, run of house, without special amenities like bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea station, daily minibar refill) or for single occupancy (DSE).

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature a sofa bed and are slightly more spacious (DAS/DSI). Also available for single occupancy (DAE).

With the same amenities as the Comfort Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature a private pool (heated for a fee). This room type is bookable for ages 6 and above (U2P/Q2I).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a living/sleeping area with sofa beds and a separate bedroom (S2).

With the same amenities as the Suites, these rooms feature a private pool (heated for a fee). This room type is bookable for ages 6 and above (SP2).

These duplex-style rooms have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and feature 2 rooms. The lower floor is equipped with twin beds and a bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, while the upper floor also has twin beds and a toilet (DF2).

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed once a week in the themed restaurant (reservation required).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 3 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Early bird breakfast is available from 5 AM to 7 AM upon request (reservation required the evening before by 8 PM), and late riser breakfast (continental) is served from 10 AM to 10:30 AM. Once a week, dinner can be enjoyed in the themed restaurant (reservation required).
Delicious snacks are offered at the pool/snackbar from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the open bar.

For guests with Ultra All Inclusive, the service extends until midnight. Selected branded alcohol is included at the hotel's bars and the bars of the sister hotel Anissa Beach & Village. A special wine list includes bottled wines served by the glass.
Freshly squeezed orange juice is offered at breakfast, and dinner can be enjoyed daily at the hotel's themed restaurant or at the themed restaurants of Anissa Beach, with prior reservation.
A fish dinner is included once per stay.
