This high-quality 4-star hotel is located in a quiet area of Anissaras, just approx. 350 m from the nearest sandy beach. Several cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. The lively town of Hersonissos is only approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located approx. 800 m away. Heraklion International Airport is approx. 23 km from the hotel.

Opened in 2022, the hotel consists of 3 buildings with a total of only 25 rooms and features a 24-hour reception, lobby with seating area, internet corner, snack bar, dining area, and veranda. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. In the well-maintained interior area of the hotel, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool; gazebos (subject to availability) are available for a fee. Bath towels are also provided free of charge. Free parking (including an electric charging station) at the hotel is also available subject to availability. Facilities and the beach of the partner hotel "Anissa Beach" can also be used; a shuttle to "Anissa Beach" is available free of charge.

Double room

Equipped with a bathroom with separate shower/WC, hairdryer, Aloe care products, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe for rent, flatscreen satellite TV, Wi-Fi included, minibar (daily refill with water, soft drinks, and beer), coffee/tea station, as well as a balcony or terrace (D). Also available for single occupancy (DE).

With the same amenities as the Comfort double rooms, this room additionally features a private pool (ACD).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We kindly ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of a living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom. Both rooms are equipped with twin beds (S2).

Half board

Continental breakfast (7:30 am - 10:30 am) in buffet form, dinner (6:30 pm - 9 pm) as a set menu with appetizer and dessert buffet. Early bird breakfast from 7 am - 7:30 am as well as late sleeper breakfast from 10:30 am - 11 am.
Guests have the opportunity to dine once per week in each of the 3 theme restaurants of the partner hotel "Anissa Beach & Village" (reservation required).

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from 01/01/2025 between 0.50 Euro - 15 € per day and room.
