Location

The quietly located Stella Blue Seaside Resort is separated from the sandy/pebble beach only by the coastal road. The small village of Analipsi is only approx. 1 km away, and the lively small town of Hersonissos with its shopping and entertainment facilities is only approx. 5 km from the hotel. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 20 km.

The adult-friendly hotel, completely renovated in 2025 (bookable for ages 12 and up), features 221 rooms and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, internet corner, luggage room, main restaurant, à la carte restaurant, lobby bar, fitness room, spa and wellness center, mini-market, souvenir shop, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area of the complex features two swimming pools (one with seawater) with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach; pool/beach towels are available for a deposit.

Breakfast in buffet form (7:30 AM - 11 AM) in the main restaurant. Guests of the Double Rooms Luxe Pool View and Double Rooms Swim Up will have breakfast in the "Ocean" restaurant, also in buffet form (8 AM - 11 AM).
Lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM in the main restaurant with show cooking, or a light lunch from 12:30 PM to 5 PM at the pool bar/snack bar.
Dinner is also served in buffet form in the main restaurant (7 PM - 9:30 PM). For stays of 7 nights or more, dinner can be enjoyed once at the "Ocean" à la carte restaurant (7 PM - 9:30 PM, reservation required).
Table water, soft drinks, juices, draft beer, and house wine are included as beverages during lunch and dinner.
Various snacks are offered between 12 PM and 5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as selected cocktails, are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the open bar.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during high season from April 1 to October 31:
