The "Petousis Hotel & Suites" is located in Ammoudara, approx. 5 km from Heraklion (Rethymnon approx. 70 km, Hersonissos approx. 30 km). The nearest beach, a sandy beach, is approx. 150 m from the hotel. The airport (HER) is approx. 14 km away.

Facilities

The 4-star hotel, last renovated in 2024, consists of a main building and two annexes and has a total of 99 rooms. It offers guests a 24-hour reception, lobby with "Vegera" bar, luggage storage, a lift, air conditioning, and a car park. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Dining options include the air-conditioned main restaurant "Lithari", the nearby à-la-carte restaurant "Petousis", the lobby bar "Vegera", and the pool/snack bar "Coral". 2 pools, lined with sunbathing areas, invite you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available here free of charge. Sun umbrellas and sunbeds are available at the beach for a fee.

Executive Junior Suite Sharing Pool

With the same facilities as the Junior suites, the Executive Junior suites with sharing pool feature an optically separated living area. Guests also have a second TV in the room, as well as bathrobes, slippers, turndown service (on request), and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Two sun loungers are available on the terrace (J2).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.

Swim Up Suite

These rooms offer luxury and privacy at the highest level. With the same facilities and amenities as the suites, the Swim-Up suites feature two separate rooms, each equipped with a combined living/sleeping area. The two rooms share a private pool. Two sun loungers are available on each of the terraces. Bookable on request (2SU).

Note on climate resilience fee
