Location

The Almyrida Village & Waterpark Hotel is a family-run establishment in the heart of the village of Almyrida. Only about 500 m separate the hotel from the sandy beach, the promenade and the restaurants, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday while being just a few steps away from the lively village center. Chania Airport is about 32 km away, Heraklion Airport approximately 126 km. A bus stop is within walking distance.

The family-friendly hotel has 118 rooms, a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a lounge, an elevator, a luggage room, a paid central safe, Wi-Fi in all areas, and a restaurant. In the well-maintained outdoor area, a spacious garden, the pool with snack bar, water slides for adults and children, and a sun terrace invite you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are included, towels can be rented for a fee.

The rooms have a bath or shower/WC, satellite TV with music channel, minibar fridge, and a furnished balcony or terrace. They are also equipped with individual air conditioning, a kettle, hairdryer, and bathroom amenities (D). Can also be booked for single use (DE) or with sea view (DM).

Double room Superior

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are slightly more spacious, equipped with an extra bed, and have a sea view (DMU).

Family room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious and feature a double sofa bed (DF2). Can also be booked with sea view (F2M), as a family room superior (BFS), or as a family room superior with sea view (FMZ).

American breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM) buffet style, as well as lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner buffet (7 PM - 9 PM) in the main restaurant. Children's menu available. Ice cream is served at the pool bar from 11 AM to 6 PM. The bar, open from 11 AM to 11 PM, offers water, soft drinks, juices, coffee, iced coffee, draft beer, red and white wine, various spirits from local brands, and long drinks.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room.
