The family-friendly hotel features 222 rooms spread across several buildings and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, a main restaurant "Agapi" with Cretan, Greek, and international cuisine, as well as a main bar "Eros," a traditional Greek Kafenion, and a mini-market. Additionally, the à la carte tavern "To Fili" and an ice cream parlor are available. The large, well-maintained grounds include two swimming pools with a sun terrace and the "Plori" pool bar. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included at the pool and beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex and in the rooms.

Family Apartment 1 Bedroom

The apartments feature a shower/WC with hairdryer, a separate bedroom, and a combined living/sleeping area with a dining table. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), safe, flatscreen satellite TV, kitchenette (filter coffee machine, toaster upon request, kettle, mini-fridge, and dishes), and a balcony or terrace with village view (A12).
Folding beds are provided for the 3rd/4th person.

Apartment Superior 1 Bedroom

Featuring the same amenities as the 1-bedroom apartments, these are more spacious and have village views (A2U).

The modern Suite Seafront features a shower/WC with hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and scales. They consist of a separate bedroom with two single beds and a combined living/sleeping area with a dining table, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), safe, flatscreen satellite TV, kitchenette (filter coffee machine, toaster upon request, kettle, mini-fridge, and dishes), as well as a balcony or terrace with panoramic sea views (Q2Q).

Breakfast (7-10 a.m.) and dinner (7-9:30 p.m.) served buffet-style in the main restaurant "Agapi."
A children's menu is available for younger guests.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary requirements are available upon request (possibly for a fee). Please contact the reception for this.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Destination information: Climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room since January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season (April 1 to October 31):

Local category 4 Stars: 10 Euro
