Location

The Airis Boutique and Suites is located in a quiet area in the coastal region of Agioi Apostoloi, just approx. 200 m from the fine sandy beach. The historic city of Chania with its picturesque old town and romantic Venetian harbor is around 4 km away.
A public bus stop is located approx. 280 m away, providing good connections to the surrounding area.
Chania Airport is approx. 23 km away, Heraklion Airport is approx. 148 km away.

Facilities

This small adults-only hotel welcomes guests aged 16 and over in its 56 charmingly furnished rooms (rising to 92 rooms from 2027). The boutique hotel features a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a fitness area, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A breakfast lounge, an à-la-carte restaurant, and a rooftop terrace are available. In the hotel's well-maintained grounds, there is a swimming pool with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

Double room

The double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, flatscreen satellite TV, mini-fridge, espresso machine, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available for single occupancy (DE).

Superior double room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these also feature an additional sofa bed and are slightly larger (DSU/DSI).

Junior suite

With the same facilities as the superior double rooms, these feature a combined living/sleeping area and are slightly larger (JS2).

Comfort double room

These rooms are located in the building newly constructed for 2027. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, flatscreen satellite TV with music channels, mini-fridge, espresso machine, and a balcony or terrace (2CD).

Deluxe double room

These rooms are located in the building newly constructed for 2027 and, with the same facilities as the comfort double rooms, are slightly more spacious (DD2).

Suite

The suites are also located in the building newly constructed for 2027 and are designed with an open-plan large room, where the living and sleeping areas are visually separated. Otherwise, they offer the same facilities as the comfort double rooms (S2).

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
For half board, dinner is also included at the "Ladis" à-la-carte restaurant from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., serving Cretan and international cuisine.
Drinks at dinner are available for a fee.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of Jan 1, 2025.
