Location

The adults-friendly hotel Seascape Luxury Residence, which can be booked for guests aged 14 and over, is located in the town of Agia Pelagia, approx. 50 m from the sandy/pebbly beach. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. Heraklion Airport is approx. 25 km away.

Facilities

The adults-friendly complex, which can be booked for guests aged 14 and over, has a total of 33 residential units located in 2-story buildings around the pool area and offers a luggage room. The reception is staffed from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. In the outdoor area, there are two swimming pools with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar (for a fee). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability.

Superior Double Room

The modern rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a balcony or terrace (DSU). Upon arrival, water, raki, and fruit are provided in the room.

Deluxe Apartment Pool View

These high-quality apartments consist of a living/bedroom area with a kitchenette (oven with hotplates, refrigerator, electric kettle, tableware; water, raki, and fruit included upon arrival), walk-in shower/WC, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a balcony or terrace (1 room, HB2).

Deluxe Apartment Pool View 1 Bedroom

With the same facilities as the Deluxe Apartment Pool View, these include a separate bedroom. Water, raki, and fruit are provided in the room upon arrival (H2N).

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
