Location

The hotel is located approximately 250 m from Monofatis Bay (sand/pebble beach), situated on a hillside. A complimentary minibus shuttle provides a transfer to the swimming bay below the hotel 5 times a day. The town center of Agia Pelagia is about 2 km away. The quaint tavernas, bars, and cozy restaurants in the town center and along the beach promenade of Agia Pelagia offer variety. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approximately 28 km.

Facilities

Rooftop terrace with seating and glass railing, sunset on the horizon.
The quietly located complex has a total of 209 rooms distributed across 5 buildings (between 50m and 250m from the main building, with some steep access paths, including stairs). In the main building, guests have access to a lobby bar, Wi-Fi (included, also available in the annex buildings), and seating areas in the lobby. A buffet restaurant with a non-smoking area, the “Panorama” à-la-carte restaurant (open subject to weather conditions), mini spa facilities, a fitness area, and a mini market are also available to guests. The well-maintained grounds feature six swimming pools (including 2 children's pools, one of which has a slide), a sun terrace with views of the sea and the bay, and two pool/snack bars. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pools and are available for a fee at the public beach.

Double Room Sea View

The friendly furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a bath or shower/WC, tiled floor, hairdryer, telephone, safe (for rent), satellite TV with music channel, mini-fridge, air conditioning (individually adjustable, hot/cold), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DM/DMI).

Double Room Type A

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms, but without sea view. These rooms are located in the annex buildings (DA). Also available for single use (DEA).

Executive Double Room Sea View

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms with sea view, plus additional toiletries, and are also located in the main building (EXM).

Executive Double Room Sea View Whirlpool

Feature the same facilities as the Executive Double Rooms Sea View, plus an outdoor whirlpool (2JX).
The whirlpool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age requirement of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Double Room Luxury Sea View Private Pool

Feature the same facilities as the double rooms with sea view, plus additional toiletries, a private pool, and are located in the main building. Guests in these room types receive a welcome package upon arrival, consisting of a fruit basket and house wine. Further services include free pool towel service and free breakfast service in the room (upon request). Furthermore, slippers, bathrobes, and coffee/tea making facilities are provided in the room. Use of the safe is free of charge. For stays of at least 7 days, there is the possibility of a complimentary dinner (set menu) in the Panorama à-la-carte restaurant. Drinks are excluded from this. Note Climate Resilience Fee
