Location

The "Santa Marina Beach" hotel is located directly on the Blue Flag awarded sandy beach of Agia Marina, west of Chania, Crete's second-largest city. The old town, with its Turkish-Venetian influences and charming narrow streets, is approximately 8 km away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Agia Marina itself is a lively resort town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel's two buildings are separated by a street but connected by an underpass.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are slightly smaller and have a single bed (E).

Maisonette

All maisonettes are duplex. The lower level is open-plan and features a bathroom with a bathtub and two twin beds pushed together. Wooden stairs lead to the upper-level bedroom with two connecting beds, a second TV, and a second bathroom with a shower cubicle. All have a furnished terrace on the lower level (M2).

Breakfast buffet (7:30 AM - 10:00 AM) and dinner (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet style. Guests on Half Board can choose between lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1/1/2018 onwards, the Greek government has imposed a climate resilience levy, payable by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 1/1/2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
