The Santa Marina Beach Hotel is located directly on the sandy, Blue Flag-awarded beach of Agia Marina, west of Chania, the second-largest city in Crete. The Turkish-Venetian influenced old town around the harbor, with its winding alleys, numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés, is approximately 8 km away. Agia Marina is a lively resort town with many shops, restaurants, and cafés. The two hotel buildings are separated by a road but are connected to each other by a tunnel.
Chania Airport is located approximately 26 km away, while Heraklion Airport is approximately 148 km away.

The hotel features 190 rooms spread across 2 areas, connected by a tunnel, and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, elevator, TV room, internet corner (for a fee), luggage storage, main bar, buffet restaurant, grill restaurant with show cooking station (buffet style), 2 à la carte restaurants (Mediterranean + Italian cuisine), lobby bar, mini-market, jeweler, and a souvenir shop. Maisonette

All maisonettes are two-story. The lower level is open-plan and features a bathroom with a bathtub and two pushed-together single beds. Wooden stairs lead to the bedroom on the upper floor with two connected beds, a second television, and a second bathroom with a shower cabin. All have a furnished terrace on the lower level (M2).

Double room Seafront

With the same amenities, the double rooms Beachfront are located in the building directly by the sea (D2W/I2T).

Buffet breakfast (7:30-10:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30) served buffet style. Half-board guests can choose between lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room starting January 1st, 2025.
