Location

The adults-friendly Maravel Star Art Hotel, which welcomes guests from the age of 12, is located directly on the beautiful, long, Blue Flag-awarded sandy/pebbly beach of Adelianos Kampos and is approx. 8 km from the center of Rethymnon. Numerous shopping and entertainment options are available in Rethymnon. Regular bus services are available and a stop is located in the immediate vicinity. Heraklion Airport is approx. 70 km away and Chania Airport is approx. 73 km away.

The family-run adults-friendly hotel, which can be booked from the age of 12, was renovated and modernized in some areas for summer 2024. It has a total of 41 rooms, a new lounge with 24-hour reception, elevator, and a modernized main restaurant. Outside, there is a swimming pool with a terrace and a beach bar. In the garden area, gazebos, poufs, hammocks, and a selection of sun loungers and lounge furniture as well as parasols are available free of charge around the pool and invite you to linger. On the beach, loungers with comfortable mattresses and parasols are also available free of charge. Pool towels can be borrowed for a deposit. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

Double room renovated

The double rooms were redesigned for summer 2024 and feature a modern ambiance. They are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, a new comfortable king-size bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, full-length mirror, telephone, safe for rent, 52" plasma satellite TV, insect screens on the windows, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker with daily replenishment, kettle, Nespresso machine (2 capsules per day included, more are available for an extra charge) as well as a balcony or terrace (D/DA). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.
Optionally bookable with sea view (DM) or for single use (DE/DEA/DEM) for an extra charge.

The spacious VIP double rooms were redesigned for summer 2024 and feature a modern ambiance. Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from January 1, 2025.
