Location

The Emerald Oasis Glampotel is located on the outskirts of the village of Pigianos Kampos.
There are some shops and entertainment venues in the immediate vicinity.
A public beach (without loungers and umbrellas) is about a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel's own minibus (hourly between 10 am and 6 pm) takes guests to the Azul Noho Hotel (5 km away), where the small water park, bars, and the nearby beach can be used, along with the Azul Beach bar located there.
The port city of Rethymnon, with its beautiful old town, impressive Venetian fortress, and lovely boulevards, is only about 7 km away. Heraklion Airport is approximately 75 km away.

A new hotel concept invites you to a special holiday. 30 domes, bookable for guests aged 12 and over, are spread across a lush garden. All domes are located around a central square with a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a lounge, and a pool bar. The schauinsland-reisen bar is located in the garden and invites you to relax in its shady spots. Each accommodation has its own small pool.
All facilities of the Emerald Oasis Hotel (family hotel) can be used. This is also where the restaurant and main pool are located; these facilities are shared by all guests.
Sun umbrellas and loungers are included at the Azul Beach Bar (near the Noho Hotel, family hotel). Bath towels are available for a deposit. For summer 2026, the hotel is planning further modernizations. The restaurant area will be redesigned, and additional plantings, as well as privacy and noise protection elements, will be installed to provide even more tranquility and privacy in the dome areas.

The modern domes offer every comfort and are equipped with a shower/WC, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, hairdryer, double bed (160x200 cm), individual air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi (included), direct dial telephone, safe (included), 42" Smart TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea making facilities/kettle (daily replenished with 4 packs of Nescafe coffee and 4 packs of tea per unit), two large 1-liter bottles of water on arrival, a large open wardrobe, mirror, and blackout curtains. The dome door has a mosquito net, and on the terrace, there are comfortable lounge furniture with a table and chairs, two sun loungers, and a sun umbrella. Each accommodation has its own pool (D/DR). Also bookable for single use (DE).

Dome private pool + whirlpool

In addition to the same amenities as the Domes with private pool, these also feature a private whirlpool on the terrace (DA/DB). Also bookable for single use (DEA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. From 10 am to 11 pm, soft drinks, water, juices, coffee, tea, cocoa, wine, beer, long drinks, and cocktails are available at the open bars. Food and drinks at the "Azul Beach Bar" are also included in the All Inclusive package.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
