It is approximately 75 km from Heraklion or Chania airport. A bus stop is about 450 m away.

Deluxe Family Suite

The family suites offer a unique sense of luxury and comfort. The elegantly furnished entrance leads to a spacious dressing and grooming area, as well as a marble en-suite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower and separate WC with sink. The suites consist of a combined living/sleeping room, a separate bedroom (with sliding door), and feature individually adjustable air conditioning, tiled floors, safe, espresso machine, coffee/tea station, minibar (for a fee), telephone, TV (flat screen, in bedroom, German channels, DVD player), and a bathroom with shower, WC, bathrobe and slippers, magnifying mirror, luxury toiletries, and hairdryer. The large balcony (country view, facing the parking lot) has seating and invites relaxation. Upon arrival, mineral water, wine, and a fruit basket await guests (2F1).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite

The village-style bungalow suites are nestled among exotic palms and lush Cretan gardens. Comprising a living area and a separate bedroom with king-size bed, they feature individually adjustable air conditioning, tiled floors, safe, espresso machine, coffee/tea station, minibar (for a fee), telephone, LCD satellite TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, magnifying mirror, personal scale, and luxury toiletries. The private, fully furnished veranda or terrace invites for a romantic breakfast or an evening drink (LX2).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite Private Pool

Offer the same amenities and location as the Deluxe Bungalow Suites but include a private pool (2RN). The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Guests are asked to behave responsibly and pay special attention when using this area. Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for bookings of this room type, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Caramel Maisonette

The elegant maisonettes are designed with an open split-level layout in the style of a village bungalow amidst Mediterranean gardens. They are equipped on the 1st floor with a king-size bed and on the ground floor with a single bed/sofa bed in the living/sleeping area and feature individually adjustable air conditioning, tiled floors, safe, espresso machine, coffee/tea station, minibar (for a fee), telephone, LCD TV with satellite channels, and a bathroom with shower, WC, bathrobe and slippers, magnifying mirror, luxury toiletries, and hairdryer. Caramel Villa 2 Bedrooms

The stylish villas offer two magnificent master suites on one or two levels for more privacy. They feature handcrafted floor tiles, a main bedroom with a "Simmons" master king-size bed on the first floor with a private veranda, a combined living and sleeping suite on the ground floor with a king-size bed, and an optional additional single bed. The accommodations also have one or two spa-style marble bathrooms, each with one or two sinks and walk-in showers, a private open-air hydro-massage bathtub on the upper floor (in selected villas), individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, espresso machine, coffee/tea station, minibar (for a fee), telephone, LCD TV with satellite channels, bathrobe and slippers, magnifying mirror, luxury toiletries, hairdryer, and a private pavilion on the beach (VCZ).

Beachfront Villa 2 Bedrooms

The villas resemble a Mediterranean beach house with large rooms, direct sea views, and elegant design in white & ivory with blue accents. The ground floor features an entrance leading to an open living area and a bedroom suite. This includes a master bedroom with king-size bed and a lounge that also serves as a sleeping place for a child. The large spa-inspired bathroom has spacious cabinets for added comfort. On the upper floor of the villa is a second master bedroom suite with direct views of the Cretan sea and a stylish bathroom. The large, fully furnished balcony and spacious veranda make outdoor relaxation a pleasure. The rooms feature a combined living/sleeping area, individually controllable air conditioning, tiled floor, safe, espresso machine, coffee/tea station, minibar (for a fee), telephone, TV (flat screen, in bedroom, German channels, DVD player), and a bathroom with shower, WC, bathrobe and slippers, magnifying mirror, luxury toiletries, and hairdryer. The large balcony has seating and invites relaxation. Upon arrival, mineral water, wine, and a fruit basket await guests (V22). In addition, guests have direct beach access.

Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant "The Caramel" (7-10:30 am) and dinner in the buffet restaurant "The Caramel" (high season: 7-9:15 pm, low season: 6:30-9 pm). Dinner can alternatively be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants with a credit of €20 per adult and €10 per child. Reservation required. Drinks during dinner are chargeable. Children up to 12 years also have access to snacks in "Grecoland" (11 am-5 pm) and there is a "Tasty Corner" for children in the main restaurant (12:30-2 pm).

With a minimum stay of 7 nights, dinner can be enjoyed once in each of the three à la carte restaurants (reservation required). One of the à la carte restaurants is the external tavern "Agreco Farm", offering traditional and local Cretan cuisine in a rustic setting. Free snacks and refreshments are available for children up to 12 years in "Grecoland." During the lunch buffet, there is a specially tailored "Tasty Corner" for children and free à la carte dinners from a special children's menu. Light snacks, such as sandwiches or salads from own cultivation, are served throughout the day at the "Confetti Pool Lounge" (10 am-6 pm). National and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 am to midnight at the open bar. Daily minibar replenishment with wine, beer, and soft drinks is included.

From 1.1.2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, payable by guests on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and from 1.1.2025 ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room.
