The luxurious 5-star resort presents a stylish ambiance and offers a wide range of entertainment programs for the whole family. The elegant complex, with modern amenities combined with infinite hospitality, creates a place of peace and relaxation. It is located directly on a natural sand/pebble beach.
The town of Tigaki is approx. 4 km away, and Kos Town, with its many shops and entertainment options, is approx. 5 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel entrance. The airport is approx. 21 km away.

The spacious hotel complex surprises with plenty of greenery, ample space, and a relaxed atmosphere. A total of 337 rooms are spread across several 2-story buildings surrounding the pool landscapes. Amenities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a mini-market/boutique, and jewelry shops. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
For culinary delights, the air-conditioned main restaurant "Achilles," the two à la carte restaurants "Ithaka" and "Argo Waterfront Taverna" (each for a fee), as well as the "Siren Main Bar" are available.
In the immaculately maintained garden, there are five swimming pools, the "Dawn Pool Bar," and the amphitheater. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools and on the beach; bath towels are available without a deposit.

The double rooms offer a fantastic view of the turquoise pool landscape or the colorful garden. The aesthetic, luxurious rooms are located in the annex buildings and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, safe, 32" LED satellite TV, minibar (included with AI, for a fee with HB), coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (D/DA).
Optionally available for single use (DE), as a super-saver room (SSZ), or with sea view (DM/DMI/DMA).

These particularly luxurious rooms are located on the ground floor. They feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, safe, satellite TV, minibar (included with AI, for a fee with HB), coffee/tea station, and Nespresso machine.
A special amenity is a furnished terrace with two comfortable sun loungers and a garden view. A pouf/seat cushion is provided for a 3rd person (LDP/PDI).

Double room sharing pool

Same as double rooms, but with a terrace and direct access to the sharing pool (SH2/2SH/HA2).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Executive double room sea view outdoor whirlpool

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature an outdoor whirlpool with a sea view and are located in the main building on the first floor (XJ2; adults only, bookable from 18 years of age).
The whirlpool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.

Executive suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the executive suites are significantly more spacious, with a living area featuring a sofa bed and a separate bedroom (2X1).

Deluxe bungalow suite private pool

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a separate bedroom, a living area, as well as a furnished terrace and a private pool (X2S).

Maisonette seafront sharing pool

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these are designed in a maisonette style and feature a living area with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower on the lower level, and a bedroom with a double or twin bed and another bathroom with a bathtub and shower on the upper level. They also feature bathrobes and slippers, sea view, and direct access to the sharing pool (M2R).

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
