Location

The boutique hotel is located in the heart of Tigaki, only about 200 meters from the sandy beach. Bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot. The center of Kos town can be reached in about 10 kilometers. Kos Airport is around 20 kilometers away.

Facilities

The family-run adults-only hotel, bookable for ages 16 and over, consists of a main building and annexes housing a total of 51 rooms. A 24-hour reception with a lobby and luggage storage is available. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.
Further facilities include a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a public tavern (not an adults-only area) with a terrace. A pool bar with a terrace is open daily from 10 am to midnight. The hotel also offers an outdoor swimming pool (10 am–7 pm), a sun terrace, and a well-kept garden. Beach towels are available free of charge. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee at the public beach.

The double rooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), telephone, safe (included), Smart Sat.-TV, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally, for an extra charge for three people with an additional bed, bookable as a double room type A (DA).

With half board booked, an additional à la carte dinner is served in the tavern (6:30 pm-9 pm).
Drinks are not included with dinner.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy to be paid by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from January 1, 2025.
