Location

The boutique hotel is located in the heart of Tigaki and is only about 200 meters from the sandy beach. Bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and are within easy walking distance. The center of Kos Town can be reached in about 10 kilometers. Kos Airport is approximately 20 kilometers away.

Facilities

The family-run adults-only hotel, bookable from 16 years of age, consists of a main building and annexes where the 51 rooms are located. A 24-hour reception with lobby and luggage storage is available. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge throughout the entire property.
Other facilities include a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a public tavern (not an adults-only area) with a terrace. A pool bar with a terrace is open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight. In summer 2027, the pool bar is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. In addition, the hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool (10 a.m.–7 p.m.), a sun terrace, and well-maintained gardens. Bath towels are available free of charge. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool, and for a fee at the public beach.

Double room

The double rooms feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), telephone, safe (included), Smart satellite TV, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, and balcony or terrace (D/DI).
Optionally, for an extra charge, it can be booked for three people with an additional bed as a double room type A (DA).

Meals

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast in buffet form (7:30-10 a.m.).
If half board is booked, an additional dinner is served à la carte in the tavern (Summer 2026: 6:30-9 p.m., from Summer 2027: 6-9 p.m.).
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Early-bird breakfast is available on request.
Vegetarian menus and menus for special dietary needs are available on request.

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
