Location

The small, family-run complex is located 150 m from the long sandy beach of Tigaki. Restaurants, tavernas and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop with connections to Kos Town can be reached in approx. 400 meters. The airport is approx. 16 km away.

The small, family-run hotel, which is very popular with regular guests, has 41 rooms divided across three floors. The complex was completely renovated in 2023 and is equipped with a lobby housing the 24-hour reception. Further facilities include the "Vasilis" à la carte restaurant and a pool/snackbar. Outdoors, there is a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a children's pool. Sun loungers are available on the beach for a fee. Other amenities include a mini-market and a souvenir shop. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

Accommodation

Junior Suite

The spacious junior suites are equipped with a shower/WC, a hairdryer, and toiletries. The bedroom has a double or twin bed. The separate living room offers a sleeping option for a third person with a sofa. Further amenities include a microwave, a kettle, and a minibar with a dining area. A safe, two satellite TVs, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony/terrace are also provided (JS2).

With the same amenities as the junior suites, these rooms do not have a sofa bed in the living area but have a second bedroom with two single beds and a pool view (DF2).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day per room from 1.1.2025.
