Location

The hotel is separated from the long, fine sandy beach only by a small, low-traffic coastal road. Kos town is about 12 km away. In the immediate vicinity, you will find tavernas, restaurants, bars, and shops. A bus stop is located about 400 m away.

Facilities

This popular hotel has a total of 248 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception with a cozy seating area, elevators, a lounge, a bar with a terrace, a satellite TV room, a mini-market, and a restaurant. The tropical garden features two large freshwater swimming pools, one of which has an integrated whirlpool, as well as two separate children's pools. A sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas is available; towels can be rented for a deposit. Beach loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee on the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Double Room Main Building

The rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/WC, telephone, radio, hairdryer, air conditioning (June 1 - September 30), refrigerator, safe (rental fee), satellite TV, and a balcony (D/DI).
For a 2+2 occupancy, there is a bunk bed for children (2EK).
Available as a single room (DEB) or as a double room with sea view (DM/DMI) for an additional charge.

Single Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located either in the main building or in the annex buildings (DE).

Double Room Pool/Garden View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the annex buildings, are more spacious, and feature a bath/WC, coffee/tea making facilities, and a pool/garden view (DPG). They can also be booked as a single room (DEA) for an additional charge, or as a super saver room (SSZ, run of the house).

Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant (7:00 AM - 9:45 AM), late risers' breakfast with a small buffet and snacks at the pool/snack bar (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:00 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM), all served buffet-style in the main restaurant. In the afternoon from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM, cake/snacks and ice cream are available from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the pool/snack bar. Drinks are included from 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM. From 6:00 PM onwards, a selection of local alcoholic beverages (Ouzo, Vodka, Gin, Rum, Brandy, and 6 cocktails) is also included.

Not Included in All Inclusive

Drinks are available for a fee from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
