This 4-star hotel is located in a quiet area of Psalidi, just about 150 meters from the sand/pebble beach. The center of Kos Town is about 2.8 kilometers away. A bus stop with regular services can be reached on foot. The port of Kos is about 2.7 kilometers away, and the marina is about 1.5 kilometers away. Kos Airport is about 27 kilometers away.

The property, completely renovated in 2023, offers 221 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, parking facilities, and a souvenir shop. For your culinary well-being, there is a restaurant, a taverna, and a bar.
In the outdoor area, two swimming pools and a pool bar are available for guests. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels can be used free of charge both by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. Luggage can be safely stored in the luggage room for late departures.

The Double Rooms Premium feature a double bed or two single beds, individually controlled air conditioning, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, satellite TV, safe, direct dial telephone, and a balcony/terrace (PDZ).

Double Room Superior

With otherwise the same amenities as the Double Rooms Premium, these rooms feature a whirlpool bathtub, bathrobes, a cosmetic mirror, a 43' satellite TV, and a panoramic view of the garden, pool, or sea (DSU).

Double Room Deluxe

With otherwise the same amenities as the Superior rooms, the Deluxe rooms feature a 50' satellite TV, bathrobes, and a walk-in shower (DD2/DDI).

Note for Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
