Location

This 4-star hotel is located in a quiet area in the Psalidi district, just 150 meters from the sandy/pebble beach. The center of Kos Town can be reached after about 2.8 kilometers. A bus stop with regular connections is within walking distance. The port of Kos is approximately 2.7 kilometers away, and the marina is about 1.5 kilometers away. Kos Airport is located approximately 27 kilometers away.

The complex, fully renovated in 2023 and featuring 221 rooms, offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a terrace, parking, and a souvenir shop. A restaurant, a tavern, and two bars take care of your culinary needs.
In the outdoor area, guests have access to two swimming pools and a pool bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels can be used free of charge both at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility free of charge. For late departures, luggage can be securely stored in the luggage room.

Premium Double Room

The Premium double rooms feature a double bed or two single beds, individually adjustable air conditioning, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, a mini-fridge, a coffee/tea maker, satellite TV, a safe, a direct-dial telephone, and a balcony/terrace (PDZ).

Superior Double Room

With otherwise the same equipment as the Premium double rooms, these rooms feature a whirlpool tub, bathrobes, vanity mirror, 43" satellite TV, and a panoramic view of the garden, the pool, or the sea (DSU).

Deluxe Double Room

With otherwise the same equipment as the Superior rooms, the Deluxe rooms feature a 50" satellite TV, bathrobes, and a walk-in shower (DD2/DDI).

The rooms feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, 2 satellite LED TVs, a direct-dial telephone, a mini-fridge, a safe, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace (DF2).

Half Board

The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet (7:30 - 10:15 AM) as well as dinner in buffet form (6:45 - 9:00 PM) with Greek and international specialties.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. The dress code is "smart casual".

Climate Resilience Tax Note

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting from 1/1/2025.
