The hotel is located in a quiet area on a long, pebbly beach. Kos town, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, can be reached after approx. 5 km. A bus stop is located approx. 400 m from the hotel. The airport is approx. 29 km away.

The family-friendly complex has 176 rooms, spread across a main building and 34 two-storey outbuildings, and offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, main bar, "Ambrosia" restaurant, Thalassa à la carte restaurant (with Greek cuisine) and a minimarket. Wi-Fi is included in all areas of the complex. The well-kept outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with a whirlpool and 2 children's pools, a sun terrace and the "Oasis" pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels can be rented for a deposit. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability.

Double room

The double rooms are located on the ground or first floor and have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, safe, 32" flatscreen satellite TV, mini-fridge and a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally available for single occupancy (DE, DEA), with pool view (PD/PID), or with sea view (DM/DMI). Also bookable at an additional charge for single occupancy with pool view (PDE) or single occupancy with sea view (DEM).

The Double Superior rooms (DSU/DSI) have, with otherwise identical facilities to the double rooms, an espresso machine (daily capsule refill) and are more spacious. Also bookable as a single room (DSE).

Comfort Double room

The Comfort Double rooms (2CD) have, with otherwise identical facilities to the double rooms, a separate bedroom. Also bookable as a Comfort Double Superior room (CU2) with an espresso machine (daily capsule refill).

With the same facilities as the family rooms, these rooms have two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a Nespresso machine (daily refill included) and are more spacious (F2U).

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2 pm) and dinner (7:30-9:30 pm) are served buffet-style with Greek specialties and show cooking.
A selection of various snacks are available at the pool bar from 12 pm to 6 pm.
Local alcoholic (from 11 am) and non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks, water, filter coffee, house wine, draft beer, gin, rum, whisky, tequila, ouzo, and a selection of cocktails) are included at the respective open bar from 8:30 am to 11 pm.
Appropriate attire (long trousers, closed shoes) is requested for dinner.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
