Location

The Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel is fantastically located directly on the Blue Flag beach, adjacent to the district of Psalidi. The lively center of Kos Town is only about 3.5 km away and easily accessible via a well-maintained cycle path. A bus stop is located just approx. 26 m from the hotel, offering bus connections several times a day. The long pebble beach is about 30 m away. Kos Airport is around 27 km away.

The Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel is a spacious, modern, upscale hotel complex with a total of 338 rooms. The complex consists of a main building and eight bungalow buildings, harmoniously integrated into a lush garden.
The main building houses a 24-hour reception, a welcoming lobby, a TV room, a souvenir shop, a jeweler, as well as three restaurants and five bars. The individual building sections are arranged around a generous garden area with several sunbathing lawns.
The facilities include two seawater pools, another pool with three water slides, an integrated children's pool, and a whirlpool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge throughout the complex; modern and comfortable wooden loungers are available on the beach at no extra cost. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Spacious and tastefully furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), bathroom with bathtub, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, telephone, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, 32'' flat-screen satellite TV, safe, marble floor, bath towels, pool view and balcony or terrace (approx. 32 m²) (PD).
Also bookable as a double room with pool or sea view (PM) or with direct sea view (DM).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these have garden view and additionally feature a room connected by a sliding door and further sleeping facilities (DF2). Also bookable with sea view (F2M) or pool view (FP2).

The private pool is not supervised. We kindly ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.

Mitsis pampers you around the clock with delicious culinary delights and a variety of drinks.
Early bird breakfast from 4-7 AM, a lavish breakfast buffet from 7-10:30 AM including freshly squeezed orange juice, smoothies, and a Greek corner with local delicacies. Lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM buffet style. For dinner from 6:30-9:30 PM, there are alternating theme nights (4x per week), presented as a generous buffet. Additionally, the buffet in the main restaurant offers a vegetarian selection for lunch and dinner. Beer, wine, soft drinks, water, espresso, cappuccino, and juices are served with meals. From 9:30 PM to 4 AM, a buffet with cold and hot dishes is also available.
An extensive range of à la carte restaurants and bars leaves nothing to be desired.

Italian à la carte restaurant "Il Grande Forno":
From 9 AM to 12 PM (except Saturdays), an à la carte brunch is available. From 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, freshly prepared Italian delicacies are served.
Meat à la carte restaurant:
From 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM (except Thursdays), delicious meat dishes and salads are prepared.
Beach Bar & Canteen:
Offers refreshments, beer, and long drinks from 10 AM to 6 PM (until midnight in July/August). Gyros, burgers, hot dogs, and salads are available from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Main Bar:
From 10 AM to midnight, the main bar is a meeting point in the main building with a diverse offering of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, hot beverages, and afternoon coffee.
Sunset Lounge Bar:
The ideal place for an aperitif before or after dinner. From 6 PM to 2 AM, various refreshments are served here.
Crêperie-Gelateria:
From 10 AM to 6 PM, delicious pastries and ice cream are available.
The "Chess" Bar:
A quiet pool bar for enjoying a relaxed cocktail. Drinks are served from 10 AM to midnight. From 8 PM to midnight, there is an extended cocktail menu.
"Aqua" Pool Bar:
Located directly by the water slides, this bar offers refreshments, hot beverages, and slush from 10 AM to 6 PM. Toast and sandwiches can also be ordered.
At the Aqua Bar, there are also various stands with cotton candy and popcorn during the day (in July/August).
Lunch packages are available for excursions; please register at reception the day before by 8 PM.
Vegetarian meals and meals for special dietary needs are available upon request. Please contact reception for this.

Sports included

Trekking and cycling tours, mini football, basketball and football court, games room, tennis court (with floodlights and equipment), table tennis, darts, archery, outdoor gym equipment, beach volleyball, water polo, canoes, and pedal boats.

Sports for a fee

Water sports center with water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing, tube rides, banana boat, etc., as well as horseback riding (on request), billiards, foosball, wind and kite surfing, and diving.

The hotel offers a versatile range of leisure activities for children and teenagers. This includes a freshwater children's pool with slides, a playground, and a children's restaurant. The Mini Club is open to children aged 4 to 7 years, while the Maxis (8–12 years) are supervised in July and August. For teenagers aged 13 to 16, the Junior Club is available in July and August. The offering is completed by a mini disco and a games room for teenagers, which can be used for a fee.

From morning until afternoon, the hotel offers various activities including gymnastics, sports, games, and meditation. In the evening, there are shows with live music and DJs. Once a week, there is a traditional Greek night with an orchestra and dancers.

Destination information Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
