The adults-only hotel, Achilleas Lifestyle Beach, is situated between olive and cedar groves, directly on a quiet sandy beach with a magnificent view of the sea. The fishing village of Mastichari is less than 2 km away. In Mastichari, you will find shops, bars, and restaurants. A shuttle service to Kos Town is offered several times a week for a fee. Kos Airport is located approximately 7 km away.

This adults-only holiday resort, which can be booked for guests aged 16 and over, was renovated in the summer of 2025 and welcomes its guests with a fresh bungalow design. Several buildings are spread throughout the lovingly landscaped garden; 88 rooms with a modern, comfortable ambiance offer space for relaxation. It provides guests with a lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a modernized restaurant with a terrace, a new BBQ restaurant, a main bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a rooftop lounge (open in the evenings only), complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the complex, and an amphitheater. A beach kiosk is available at the beach for drinks. In the beautiful, spacious garden, you will find a renovated pool bar with indoor and outdoor areas offering a wide selection of drinks. In the evening, you can wind down by the fire pit. In addition to the swimming pool with a whirlpool, daybeds, lounge areas, and comfortable sun loungers invite you to dream. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and the beach. Beach towels can be borrowed free of charge.

Superior Double Room

Renovated for the summer of 2025, these rooms feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival), coffee/tea facilities and espresso machine (refilled every 2 days), Smart TV, full-length mirror, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (DSU, 2+0/triple occupancy bookable as DSR). Also available for single occupancy (DAE/DSE).

Superior Junior Suite

Also renovated, these suites offer the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms but are more spacious and additionally feature a separate living area with a sofa bed (connected by a door) (JU2/LN2).

Superior Maisonette

Maisonettes offer the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms but span two floors. The upper floor contains a bedroom with a double bed, and the lower floor features a living area with a sofa bed, each with a Smart TV and bathroom (one bathroom with a shower, one with a bathtub) (2MI).

The main restaurant opens its doors for breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm). Meals are served buffet-style, with show cooking stations offering a fresh selection of additional dishes. A light breakfast with croissants, Greek pastries, as well as coffee/tea and juice is offered from 10-11 am. Theme nights are held twice a week. Water, soft drinks, juices, beer, and house wine are served with lunch and dinner.
Optionally, dinner can be taken at the BBQ buffet restaurant (7-9:30 pm, reservation required, approx. mid-May – mid-October, weather permitting). Snacks, as well as cake and ice cream, are available at the pool bar from 10 am to 5 pm.
Non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., soft drinks, coffee variations, tea, juices) are included from 10 am to 11 pm; draft beer and house wine from 11 am to 11 pm; other selected local alcoholic beverages such as brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, ouzo, as well as long drinks, liqueurs, and a wide selection of cocktails are also included from 11 am to 11 pm. Proper attire is requested for dinner.

Climate Resilience Tax

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
