This dreamily beautiful holiday resort, built in a Greek style, fulfills upscale expectations and is located in the immediate vicinity of a kilometer-long, "Blue Flag" awarded white sandy beach. It is approx. 5 km to the picturesque fishing village of Mastichari with its taverns and various shopping options. It is approx. 18 km to Kos Town. A public bus connection is nearby. The airport is approx. 8 km away.

The comfortable resort, with a total of 569 rooms, is situated in an extensive, well-kept garden area that extends to the beach dunes and offers a fantastic view of the island of Kalymnos. The main building houses an elegant reception hall with 24-hour reception and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the resort. In addition, this luxurious holiday complex offers a renovated dining room, numerous bars (some with a stunning sea view), a gelateria, a mini-market, and a shopping arcade with a jeweler, clothing, shoe and leather goods store, souvenir shop, and an ATM. A rich selection of local and international dishes can be enjoyed in the four different à-la-carte restaurants. The entire complex has four swimming pools (one is heated in April, May, and October) evenly distributed across the area, as well as a whirlpool. An indoor pool is also available. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge on the sun terraces and at the beach. Two beach bars are also located there. A mini-water park provides great holiday fun for young guests, while adults can be pampered in the luxurious Neptune Spa.

Double room

The double rooms are located in the main building and are individually and tastefully equipped with bath/WC, safe, hairdryer, telephone, coffee and tea maker, satellite TV with radio channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, minibar (on request, for a fee), bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, and balcony (D). Optionally bookable with a sea view for an extra charge (DM).

Single room

Single rooms are double rooms for single use (DE).

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms are completely renovated and modernly furnished. These rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms, plus a walk-in shower, a 43" HD TV, a body scale, and a clock radio with USB charging, and are somewhat more spacious (DSU). Optionally bookable for single use (DSE).
Also optionally bookable with sea view (DMU, bookable on request).

Double room Deluxe

The completely renovated and modernly equipped Deluxe double rooms are fitted with a 43" HD TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, a clock radio with USB charging, telephone, coffee/tea maker, mini-fridge, walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, various toiletries, and a balcony or terrace, and are located in the bungalow buildings. A minibar is available on request and for a fee. Upon arrival, guests receive a bottle of wine in the room (DD2/D2I/DDA). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (DD1).
Optionally bookable with sea view for an extra charge (DDM/also as single occupancy (DM1)).

Double room Deluxe private pool

These rooms feature the same amenities as the Deluxe double rooms plus a private pool (U2P, on request).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Superior Apartment

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the Superior apartments feature a combined living/sleeping area with a modern kitchen and dining table, bath/WC, and a separate bedroom. These rooms are mainly located in the 4000s blocks (A2U).
Optionally bookable in the first beach row (S1R, with entitlement to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy, bookable on request). In addition, a bottle of wine upon arrival and a bottle of water per day are provided in the room.

Executive Apartment

The Executive apartments feature the same amenities as the Superior apartments, with an additional bedroom and a second bathroom. These rooms are located in the 4000s blocks (A2X).
Optionally bookable in the first beach row (EP1, with entitlement to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy, bookable on request). In addition, a bottle of wine upon arrival and a bottle of water per day are provided in the room.

Family room Deluxe

The Deluxe family rooms consist of two renovated Deluxe double rooms with a connecting door (2DF).
The rooms are mainly located around the Olympic pool.

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the suites feature a living/sleeping area separated by sliding doors, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a turn-down service. Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy. A bottle of wine is provided in the room upon arrival (S2, bookable on request).

They are equipped with a rain shower/WC, 2 HD TVs, individually adjustable air conditioning, clock radio with USB charging, telephone, safe, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, SMEG fridge (filled upon arrival and included, rest for a fee), hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, exclusive toiletries, pillow menu, and turn-down service, and are located in the bungalow buildings (2LS/On request). Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy.

Luxury Suite 2BR

Feature the same amenities as the Luxury suite, plus an additional bedroom (2 single beds), an additional bathroom, terrace, and sea view. In addition, a private pavilion is available at the beach (2ZM/On request). Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy.

Executive Suite

The renovated and modernly furnished Executive suites are located in the bungalow buildings and feature a living/sleeping room, 2 separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Room amenities include exclusive care products, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, 3 HD TVs, clock radio with USB charging, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, SMEG fridge (filled upon arrival and included, rest for a fee), telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, pillow menu, safe, turn-down service, and balcony or terrace (ES2/On request). Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria restaurant/subject to hotel occupancy.

Meals

Breakfast/Half-board

Breakfast in buffet form in the main restaurant. With half-board, dinner is additionally provided in the main restaurant in a rich buffet form.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary needs on request. Please contact the reception for this.
Alternatively, the main meal can also be taken à-la-carte in one of the restaurants in the evening for an extra charge (7 pm - 11 pm).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (long or knee-length trousers and closed shoes for men).
Only one type of board per booking allowed!

Climate resilience tax note

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 1.1.2025 between 0.50 Euro and 15 € per day and room.
