The wonderfully beautiful holiday complex, built in Greek style, meets sophisticated demands and is located in the immediate vicinity of the kilometer-long white sandy beach awarded the "Blue Flag". The picturesque fishing village of Mastichari with taverns and various shopping facilities is about 5 km away. Kos Town is about 18 km away. A local bus connection is nearby. The airport is about 8 km away.

The comfortable complex, with a total of 569 rooms, is situated in a spacious, well-kept garden area that stretches to the beach dunes and offers a fantastic view of the island of Kalymnos. The main building houses an elegant reception hall with a 24-hour reception and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. This luxurious holiday complex also offers a renovated dining room, numerous bars (some with a fantastic sea view), a gelateria, a mini-market, and a shopping arcade with a jeweller, clothing, shoe, and leather goods store, a souvenir shop, and an ATM. A rich selection of local and international dishes can be enjoyed in the four different à la carte restaurants. The entire complex has four swimming pools (one is heated in April, May, and October), which are evenly distributed throughout the area, as well as a whirlpool. An indoor pool is also available. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge on the sun terraces and the beach. There are also two beach bars located there. A mini water park provides great holiday fun for the little guests, while adults can indulge themselves in the luxurious Neptune Spa.

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the main building and are individually and tastefully furnished with bath/WC, safe, hairdryer, telephone, coffee and tea maker, satellite TV with radio channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, mini-fridge, minibar (on request, for a fee), bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities, and balcony (D). Double rooms with sea view can also be booked for an additional charge (DM).

Single Room

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy (DE).

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms have been completely renovated and are modernly furnished. In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a walk-in shower, a 43" HD TV, a scale, a clock radio with USB charging, and are slightly more spacious (DSU). They can also be booked for single occupancy (DSE).
Sea view is also available for an additional charge (DMU, bookable on request). Or with a private pool (U2P, bookable on request).

Deluxe Double Room

The completely renovated and modernly equipped Deluxe Double Rooms feature a 43" HD TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, a clock radio with USB charging, telephone, coffee/tea maker, mini-fridge, walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, various bathroom amenities, and a balcony or terrace, and are located in the bungalow buildings. A minibar is available on request and for a fee. Upon arrival, guests receive a bottle of wine in their room (DD2/D2I/DDA). Can also be booked for single occupancy (DD1).
Available for an additional charge with sea view (DDM/also for single occupancy (DM1)) or with a private pool (U2P, bookable on request).

Superior Apartment

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Superior Apartments feature a combined living and sleeping area with a modern kitchen and dining table, bath/WC, and a separate bedroom. These rooms are mainly located in the 4000-block buildings (A2U).
Also bookable in the first beach row (S1R, with entitlement to breakfast in the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy, bookable on request). Additionally, the customer receives a bottle of wine upon arrival and a bottle of water is provided in the room daily.

Executive Apartment

With otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Apartments, the Executive Apartments feature an additional bedroom and a second bathroom. These rooms are located in the 4000-block buildings (A2X).
Bookable in the first beach row (EP1, with entitlement to breakfast in the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy, bookable on request). Additionally, the customer receives a bottle of wine upon arrival and a bottle of water is provided in the room daily.

Superior Family Room

The Superior Family Rooms consist of two renovated Superior Double Rooms with a connecting door (F2U). The rooms are located in the bungalow buildings in the immediate vicinity of the Olympic Pool.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms consist of two renovated Deluxe Double Rooms with a connecting door (2DF). The rooms are mainly located around the Olympic Pool.

Family Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Family Suites feature a Deluxe Double Room and a suite with a connecting door. These rooms are located in the bungalow buildings (2FS/on request).

Luxury Suite

The completely renovated and modernly equipped Luxury Suites with side or direct sea view feature a living room (incl. sofa bed) and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a rain shower/WC, 2 HD TVs, individually adjustable air conditioning, clock radio with USB charging, telephone, safe, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, SMEG fridge (filled and included on arrival, rest for a fee), hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, exclusive bathroom amenities, pillow menu, and turn-down service, and are located in the bungalow buildings (2LS/on request). Luxury Suite 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Luxury Suite, these feature an additional bedroom (2 single beds), a second bathroom, a terrace, and sea view. Guests also have access to a private pavilion on the beach (2ZM/on request). Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy.

Executive Suite

The renovated and modernly furnished Executive Suites are located in the bungalow buildings and feature a living/sleeping room, 2 separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Room amenities include exclusive toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, 3 HD TVs, clock radio with USB charging, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. SMEG fridge (filled and included on arrival, rest for a fee), telephone, individually adjustable air conditioning, pillow menu, safe, turn-down service, and balcony or terrace (ES2/on request). Guests are entitled to breakfast in the Osteria Restaurant/depending on hotel occupancy.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant. With half board, dinner is also served in the main restaurant with an extensive buffet.
Vegetarian dishes are available on request.
Vegan meals or meals for special dietary needs are available on request and at an additional charge.
Alternatively, the main meal can be taken à la carte in one of the restaurants for an extra charge (7 PM - 11 PM).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (long or knee-length trousers and closed shoes for men).
Only one meal plan per booking is allowed!

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in high season April 1 - October 31:
Category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
Category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays in low season November 1 - March 31:
