The hotel is situated in a quiet location directly by the beach. There are two bays with direct access to the sea. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the fishing village of Mastichari, approximately 200 m away. Kos Town center is about 20 km away, and the airport is approx. 6 km away. A local bus stop is located directly at the hotel.

The village-style hotel complex is attractively designed with beautiful gardens and welcomes many regular guests. In addition to over 281 rooms, the hotel features a lobby with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, a main restaurant and an à la carte beach tavern/pizzeria, lounge, mini-market, and bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. In the blooming garden, there are 2 freshwater pools, as well as a relax pool and a pool/snack bar. Half board includes breakfast buffet (7:30 am - 10:15 am) with show cooking and dinner (6:30 pm - 9:30 pm), also in buffet form with show cooking.

At the pool bar, there is cake and pastries (10 am - 12 pm and 3 pm - 6 pm), warm snacks in buffet style and ice cream (12:30 pm - 5 pm), and fresh fruit (11 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 6 pm).
