The hotel is situated in a quiet location directly on the beach. There are two bathing coves with direct access to the sea. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the fishing village of Mastichari, approximately 200 m away. The centre of Kos Town is about 20 km away, and the airport is approx. 6 km away. A local bus stop is located directly at the hotel.

Built in a village style, the hotel complex is attractively designed with beautiful gardens and has many regular guests. In addition to over 281 rooms, the hotel features a lobby with 24-hour reception and lobby bar, a main restaurant and an à-la-carte beach tavern/pizzeria, a lounge, a mini-market, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex. In the blooming garden, there are 2 freshwater pools, as well as a relaxation pool and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool, on the beach, and on the lawn. Bath towels are available for a fee.
