The hotel is in a quiet location directly on the beach. There are two bathing bays with direct access to the sea. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the fishing village of Mastichari, approximately 200 m away. The center of Kos Town is about 20 km away, and the airport is approx. 6 km away. A public bus stop is located directly at the hotel.

Built in a village style, the hotel complex is attractively designed with beautiful gardens and has many regular guests. In addition to over 281 rooms, the hotel features a lobby with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, a main restaurant and an à la carte beach tavern/pizzeria, a lounge, a mini-market, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. In the flourishing garden, there are 2 freshwater pools, as well as a relaxation pool and a pool/snack bar. Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of 1.1.2025, is scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
