Location

The Adults-only hotel Oku Kos, which can be booked from age 16, is located in a prime, quiet location directly on the sea in the town of Marmari. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Kos Airport is approximately 11 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, built in a village-style, comprises 100 rooms spread across several 1-2 storey buildings, some of which are grouped around small gardens. The complex offers a 24-hour reception, a lobby, and a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a mini-market. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach; pool towels are available free of charge.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms are located on the ground floor and feature a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, flatscreen TV, Bluetooth Marshall speaker, mini-fridge, minibar (for a fee), Nespresso machine (for a fee), and a terrace (D).

Junior Suite Shared Pool

Slightly more spacious than the double rooms with the same amenities, featuring a hammock on the terrace. The living and sleeping areas are separated by several steps (J2). The living area has a sofa bed for a 3rd person.
Also available for single use (J1A).
The shared pool is not supervised. Please exercise caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 11 AM) served as a buffet.
With half board booked, dinner (7 PM - 11 PM) is also included. Dinner is served à la carte or as a set menu.
Drinks are not included with dinner.

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 1.1.2025.
