Location

The adults-only hotel Oku Kos, bookable for ages 16 and over, is located in a prime, quiet location directly on the sea in Marmari. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Kos Airport is approx. 11 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, built in a village-like style, consists of 100 rooms, spread over several 1-2 story buildings, some of which are grouped around small gardens. The complex offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, and a restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a mini-market. In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach, pool towels are available free of charge.

Double room

The modernly furnished rooms are located on the ground floor and have a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth Marshall speaker, mini-fridge, minibar (for a fee), Nespresso machine (for a fee) and a terrace (D).

Bungalow

Sun loungers, with the same size and furnishings as the double rooms, located in the bungalow area (B2A).

Junior Suite Sharing Pool

With the same furnishings as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious with a hammock on the terrace. The living and sleeping areas are separated by several steps (J2). There is a sofa bed in the living area for a 3rd person.
Also bookable for single use (J1A).

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (7 am - 11 am) served as a buffet.
If half board is booked, an additional dinner (7 pm - 11 pm) is included. Dinner is served à la carte or as a menu.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Gluten-free and vegetarian menus are available upon request. Please contact the reception on-site.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from 01/01/2025.
