Location

The D'Andrea Lagoon is a modern, adults-only complex for guests aged 17 and over, situated just outside the village of Marmari in an absolutely quiet setting. The long, gently sloping sandy beach can be reached on foot in 250 m. Shopping and entertainment options are located nearby. The airport is approximately 10 km away.

Facilities

The modern adults-only complex is ideal for those seeking relaxation. In addition to attentive service, the complex offers over 80 suites and a 24-hour reception with a lobby. For dining, there is a choice of the lagoon restaurant with show cooking stations, the snack bar, and the lagoon bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. The well-maintained outdoor area features a stylishly designed swimming pool with a sun terrace. The comfortable lounge with sun loungers invites you to linger. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also available free of charge at the beach.

Premium Swim Up Suite

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Superior Suite, this suite is more spacious and additionally features an espresso machine, direct pool access, private sun loungers, and its own whirlpool in the suite's outdoor area (W2U, bookable upon request).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.

Deluxe Suite

The modernly furnished suites offer a view of the lagoon pool from the terrace and are equipped with satellite TV, hairdryer, bath towels, bathroom with rain shower, safe, iron and ironing board, and an espresso machine (S2D).
Optionally also bookable for single use (S1D).

Deluxe Swim Up Suite

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite, this suite features access to a shared pool (SDU/1SU).

Deluxe Superior Suite

While otherwise having the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite, this suite is more spacious and additionally equipped with a freestanding bathtub and rain shower (DUS).

Deluxe Superior Swim Up Suite

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Superior Suite, this suite features access to a shared pool (X2V).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.

Breakfast/Half Board

Rich breakfast buffet (7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.).
With half board, an additional dinner (6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.) is provided as à la carte or buffet. Drinks are not included with dinner.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary requirements are available upon request (possibly for a fee). Please contact the reception for this.
Casual clothing is required during the day (no swimwear in the restaurants). The dress code in the evening is smart casual.

The tennis court and fitness room can be used free of charge.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which is payable by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 1 January 2025 between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in the high season 1 April–31 October:

Land category 3 stars: 5 Euro
Land category 4 stars: 10 Euro
Land category 5 stars: 15 Euro
