Location

The Stella Maris is located directly on the beach of the village of Marmari. In the village, there are shopping opportunities, restaurants, and cafés. The airport is approx. 13 km away, and a bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The beautiful complex, partially renovated in 2025 (bookable for guests aged 5 and over), has 64 rooms distributed between a main building and three annex buildings. It features a reception area with a front desk, a bar, and a restaurant. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex and on the beach (included). In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.) with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool; they are available for a fee at the beach.

The rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a terrace or balcony. The rooms are located in the annex building on the land side and are slightly smaller than the double rooms (SSZ).

Double room

The rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a terrace or balcony (D). Optionally bookable for an extra charge with pool view (PD), side sea view (DMS), or direct sea view (DM/DMI). Double rooms with sea view are also bookable for single occupancy (DEM/AME).

Breakfast is served as a rich buffet (7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.) and dinner is served as a buffet in the restaurant (6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
