Location

The family-run Hotel Palladium is surrounded by beautiful green gardens in the heart of Marmari. The nearest sandy beach can be reached after only 800m. Kos town is about 15 km away and the airport 12 km. A public bus stop with good connections to Kos town is located just about 150m from the hotel.

The hotel has 142 rooms, divided into 12 accommodation units. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a pool/snackbar. There is also a game room with billiards (for a fee), a library, and a kiosk. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool and three additional adult pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, but available for a fee on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

The rooms are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, 32" TV, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, kettle, and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally bookable as a single room (DE/DEA). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival. Optionally bookable as type B with breakfast only (DB under KGS244).

Double Room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Superior Double Rooms are more modernly designed and feature a shower/WC, a 43" flatscreen TV, a larger safe, and also a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Optionally bookable as a single room (DSE/DAE) or as a Superior Plus double room, which is more spacious and includes an additional sofa (DSR). Optionally bookable as type B with breakfast only (DSB/DOZ under KGS244).

Double Room Deluxe

The large deluxe rooms, which are only bookable for guests aged 16 and over, are of high quality and modernly equipped. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, 43" flatscreen TV, safe, air conditioning (incl.), refrigerator, and are additionally equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a balcony. Further amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine with free coffee capsules, bathrobes, and slippers (DD2/D2I). Optionally bookable as a single room (DD1). Optionally bookable as type B with breakfast only (DDB under KGS244).

Double Room Deluxe Swim up

They have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, with additional access to the communal pool (DWU). Optionally bookable as a single room (WU1). If desired, also bookable as type B with breakfast only (SWB under KGS244).
The Double Rooms Deluxe Swim Up are also only bookable for guests aged 16 and over.

Family Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms have a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a separate living area with a double or twin bed (DF2). Optionally bookable as type B with breakfast only (2FB under KGS244).

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these are more modernly designed and feature a 43" flatscreen TV (F2U). Optionally bookable as type B with breakfast only (BFS under KGS244).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) served buffet-style in the main restaurant.
Drinks are not included with dinner.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
For stays in high season 01.04.-31.10.
