Location

The family-run Hotel Palladium is surrounded by beautiful green gardens in the heart of Marmari. The nearest sandy beach can be reached after only 800m. Kos town is about 15 km away and the airport 12 km. A public bus stop with good connections to Kos town is only about 150m from the hotel.

The hotel has 142 rooms, divided into 12 units. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a pool/snack bar. There is also a games room with billiards (for a fee), a library, and a kiosk. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool and three further adult pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, but available for a fee on the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, with shower/WC, a 43" flatscreen TV, a larger safe, and also a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Also bookable for single use (DSE/DAE) or as a Double Room Superior Plus, which is slightly more spacious and has an additional sofa (DSR). Also bookable as type B with breakfast only (DSB/DOZ under KGS244).

Double Room Deluxe

The large Deluxe rooms, which are only bookable for guests aged 16 and over, are equipped to a high standard and modern. They have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, 43" flatscreen TV, safe, air conditioning (incl.), refrigerator, are also equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a balcony. Further amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine with free coffee capsules, bathrobes and slippers (DD2/D2I). Also bookable for single use (DD1). Double Room Deluxe Swim up

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, with additional access to the shared pool (DWU). Also bookable for single use (WU1). If desired, also bookable as type B with breakfast only (SWB under KGS244).
The Double Rooms Deluxe Swim Up are also only bookable for guests aged 16 and over.

Family Room

The Family Rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the Double Rooms, have a bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a separate living room with a double or twin bed (DF2). Also bookable as type B with breakfast only (2FB under KGS244). Also bookable as a renovated Family Room Superior with 43" flatscreen TV (F2U). Also bookable as type B with breakfast only (BFS under KGS244).

Note for Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax.
