Location

The family-run Hotel Palladium is located surrounded by beautiful green gardens in the heart of Marmari. The nearest sandy beach can be reached after just 800 m. Kos Town is approximately 15 km away and the airport 12 km. A public bus stop with good connections to Kos Town is located just approx. 150 m from the hotel.

The hotel has 169 rooms, divided into 14 residential units. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a pool/snack bar. There is also a games room with billiards (for a fee), a library, and a mini-market. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, as well as three additional adult pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool, but are available at the beach for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel.

Double Room

The rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, 32" TV, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, kettle, as well as a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (DE/DEA). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival. Optionally also bookable as Type B with breakfast only (DB under KGS244).

Double Room Superior

The Superior double rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are more modern in design, featuring a shower/WC, a 43" flatscreen TV, a larger safe, and also a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (DSE/DAE) or as a Superior Plus double room which is slightly more spacious and includes an additional sofa (DSR). Optionally also bookable as Type B with breakfast only (DSB/DOZ under KGS244).

Double Room Deluxe

The large Deluxe rooms, which can only be booked for guests aged 16 and over, are located on the first floor with a view of the sharing pool and have been furnished to a high and modern standard. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, telephone, 43" flatscreen TV, safe, air conditioning (incl.), refrigerator, and are additionally equipped with a comfortable sofa bed as well as a balcony. Further amenities include a capsule coffee machine with free coffee capsules, bathrobes, and slippers (DD2/D2I). Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (DD1). Optionally also bookable as Type B with breakfast only (DDB under KGS244). The use of the sun loungers on the terrace of the sharing pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the Deluxe area.

Double Room Deluxe Swim up

These feature the same equipment as the Deluxe double rooms, with a terrace with private loungers and access to the sharing pool (DWU). Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (WU1). If desired, also bookable as Type B with breakfast only (SWB under KGS244). The use of the sun loungers on the terrace of the sharing pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the Deluxe area.
The Deluxe Swim-up double rooms are also only bookable from the age of 16.
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Family Room

The family rooms have the same equipment as the double rooms, but with a bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed, as well as a separate living area with a double or twin bed (DF2). Optionally also bookable as Type B with breakfast only (2FB under KGS244).

Superior Family Room

With the same features as the family rooms, these are more modern and include a 43" flatscreen TV (F2U). Optionally also bookable as Type B with breakfast only (BFS under KGS244).

Meals

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast (7:30 am – 10:30 am) and dinner (6:30 pm – 9 pm) served buffet-style in the main restaurant.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
The breakfast-only meal plan is offered under the code KGS244.

Darts.
From summer 2027, there will also be a tennis court and a fitness room (for guests aged 16+).

Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of 1 January 2025, is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in the high season 1.4.–31.10.
