Location

The Seaside Beach Marmari Hotel, which can be booked for guests aged 5 and over, is located in Marmari. Situated directly in the town of Marmari with shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, and directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach. Kos Airport is approx. 12 km away. A bus stop with regular connections can be reached in approx. 100 m.

Facilities

The attractive complex, which was completely renovated for 2027, offers 85 rooms distributed across a main building and four annexes. It features a reception area with a front desk, a lobby bar, a beach bar, and a restaurant (approx. 120 meters from the main building) with a beautiful terrace directly on Marmari beach. Additionally, a lounge with a terrace, a luggage room, and Wi-Fi are offered free of charge throughout the entire complex and on the beach.
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.) with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Double room

The double rooms are freshly renovated and feature a bath/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, rental safe, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee/tea station, and a terrace or balcony (D/DA as triple occupancy). Optionally bookable for an extra charge with pool view or side sea view (2PW/MPX as triple occupancy) or direct sea view (DM). The sea view double rooms can also be booked for single use (AME).

Double room Beachfront ground floor

The rooms are located on the ground floor of the annex building directly on the beach and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, care products, individually adjustable air conditioning, a rental safe, a flat-screen satellite TV with music channels, a mini-fridge, an electric kettle, a coffee/tea station, and a terrace (B2D).

Double room outdoor whirlpool

Located in the annex building on the beach on the land side, with otherwise the same facilities as the beachfront double rooms, and additionally featuring an outdoor whirlpool (WD2).
The whirlpool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Double room Seafront

The Seafront double rooms are located in the annex building on the beach and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, care products, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, flat-screen satellite TV with music channels, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee/tea station, and a balcony (L2B). Optionally also bookable for single use (L1B).

Meals

The breakfast buffet with Greek and international delicacies is available from 7:30-10 a.m. For lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), there are fresh grilled specialties, pasta dishes, pizza, gyros, as well as various side dishes, salad, and desserts in buffet form. Drinks such as soft drinks, beer, and house wine (by the glass) are available for self-service. In the evening (7-10 p.m.), a buffet awaits you, including a local corner, diet food, and a salad bar.
With meals, drinks such as water, soft drinks, beer, and house wine (all by the glass) are available for self-service. In the afternoon from 4-5 p.m., there is coffee/tea and pastries. Refreshments, hot drinks, and a selection of local alcoholic drinks, as well as cocktails, are included at the pool bar from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Small snacks are available from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and from 3-6 p.m., and ice cream is available from 2-5 p.m. at the pool bar. The lobby bar is open from 6-11 p.m. and offers soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, hot drinks, and cocktails, local whisky, gin, vodka, tequila, and rum (included until 11 p.m.).
Appropriate attire is requested for meals.

Not included in All Inclusive

Fresh juices, bottled water, non-alcoholic drinks in cans, bottled beer, bottled wine, premium coffee or coffee specialties, and imported alcoholic beverages are available at the pool bar for an extra charge.

Sports included

Outdoor fitness area (from summer 2027).

Hotel service

Room cleaning (6x per week), change of towels and bed linen (2x per week).
Free parking is available.

Note on climate resilience tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1 - October 31:
Land category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euro
Land category 3 Stars: 5 Euro
Land category 4 Stars: 10 Euro
Land category 5 Stars: 15 Euro
For stays in the low season November 1 - March 31:
