This adults-only boutique hotel is bookable for guests aged 16 and over and is separated from the sand and pebble beach only by a coastal road. The town center of Kos, approximately 2 kilometers away, offers numerous shops, tavernas, bars, nightclubs, and diverse entertainment options. A bus stop is located about 100 meters away. Kos Airport is approximately 24 kilometers away.

The boutique hotel, comprising 53 rooms, features an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception, a restaurant with excellent cuisine and an outdoor terrace, a bar with a terrace, a boutique, a satellite TV area, and a fireplace. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel premises. At the freshwater pool with a pool bar and snack bar, sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided. The beautiful sand/pebble beach is directly across the street; beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are also available free of charge there. Parking is available.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
