Location

The family-run Hotel Koala is ideally situated between Kos Town and the pebble beach, making it perfect for both beach holidays and city breaks. Kos Town, offering numerous shopping and entertainment options as well as restaurants and bars, is approximately 1 km away. A bus stop (approx. 100 m away) provides easy access for exploring the town. The airport (KGS) is about 25 km away.

The 3-storey, 2-star city hotel has 49 rooms. All rooms are well-maintained and equipped with basic amenities for a comfortable stay. It features a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out until 12 PM), a lobby bar, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), and currency exchange facilities. The hotel also offers a beautiful garden with a large terrace. Dining and drinking options include the breakfast room, a snack bar, and the hotel bar. Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from 01.01.2025.
For stays during the high season (1 April - 31 October):
