Location

The Royal Bay Suites is located in Kefalos, directly on the beautiful sand/pebble beach. Some restaurants, bars, and cafés can be found within walking distance. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel entrance. The distance to Kos airport is approx. 14 km.

The hotel has 46 rooms and offers its guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room with a suitcase scale, a satellite TV corner, a breakfast restaurant, and a pool/snack bar. In the beautiful garden area of the hotel, there is a main pool with a sun terrace, as well as a relaxation pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools and on the beach; bath towels are available at the reception against a deposit. Parking spaces at the hotel are available free of charge, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

Junior Suite

The spacious junior suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area with comfortable twin beds and a sofa bed and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee/tea station (daily replenishment included), as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (JS2/JSI). Optionally available for an extra charge with partial sea view (J2S) or sea view (J2M/JMI).
Alternatively, also bookable for single use (J1A) or single use with sea view (JMA).

Suite

The suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom, are more spacious, and, in addition to the same amenities as the junior suites, feature an espresso machine (4 capsules per stay included) and a 42" smart TV (S2).

Destination information

For stays starting from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room starting from January 1st, 2025.
